I am headed to Aberystwyth from London I’ll be getting off at Aberystwyth station and going to Clarach Bay (my friend will do the drive from the station) however I have no way of getting back to the station on my way back. Do they have Ubers or taxis do I need to book in advance ? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

I'm looking for a place where the vibes will be nice for such a day, i'm most likely gonna be on my own.

i applied to aberystwyth university through ucas clearing on the 14th of july and i checked ucas on the 16th and it says ive been placed and confirmed but i didn’t receive an email from the university to accept my offer, will the offer come in a bit later or should have i already received an email. i just need some reassurance because all signs point to i got in but im still confused

Hi all moved to aber from the north west with my girlfriend recently im in my early 20s. Was wondering if theres any groups or individuals apart from the uni (who are term time only ofcourse) who go underground. Ive got multi year experience myself but would love to meet some new people or people who have done it before or are interested. This year I've decided to stay over Summer to make a bit of money to afford my degree and because its outside of term there aren't any active student societies or anything. I will be studying abroad in Aberystwyth in the fall for a few months. Halloween happens to be my favorite holiday and I am a little insane about costumes and such. I have done some research and I have learned a lot about Calan Gaeaf, which I will definitely explore more. Does Wales even celebrate Halloween? What is the cultural experience/perception with the American holiday? I want to know before I get excited and start making a costume lol.
