cycle 7 is honestly one of the worst out of all of ANTM,
and this is one of the reasons why. i don’t think brooke would have worked out as a model and agree she looks more like a beauty queen, but setting her up to go home on her homecoming night with zero reason at all?? they couldn’t even try?

also everyone involved with the fabio shoot including fabio gave a special place in hell for them.

Nigel Barker

Lara is one of my favourite contestants from Germany's Next Top Model mainly because of her positive, ambitious and friendly personality. I remember vividly when i watched her on cycle 11 way back in 2016, my first impression of her was actually very good. She was basically labeled as shaky and inconsistent on the show during that time definitely because of those photoshoots alone which i can't blame her since Top Model shoots are quite common for being outrageous and somewhat strange at times. Her facial features are incredible. She possesses a signature versatile look which embodies a distinctly Euro-chic and New York Street style aesthetic. This i think is the reason why she mostly excelled both in commercial and editorial modelling. She was only placed 6th but i was glad that she made it that far because i think she had the overall potential. She did not let her 6th place elimination stop her from achieving her dreams. She independently moved to New York, pushed through tough castings and successfully built an international modelling career in her own right. Her post-show print and runway work is insanely flawless and i'm very proud of her because she emphasizes personal growth, navigating hardships, learning life lessons and maintaining a sense of gratitude. She really earns her successful career and place in the modelling industry.

I want to start watching a different countries version of ANTM, which one is the best place to start? Thanks :)

I mean serious question. It's been well established by now that for 95% of the girls who went on ANTM being on the show was career ending and Winnie Harlow is the only supermodel to come from the show and the few times she's talked about ANTM she has nothing but bad things to say so I wonder if her name change was at least partially to seperate herself from ANTM

10th - Demelza Reveley (Cycle 4) - Honestly the fact Demelza won this season was an absolute joke. What is even more concerning, is that she won based on the public vote. This girl along with her nasty little coven bullied Alamela. Then she continued to pull the same dull, emotionless expression in EVERY SINGLE PHOTO. By far the least deserving winner of Ausntm.

9th - Ebony Stocks (Cycle 2) - I only would have accepted Ebony or Simone to have gotten the crown this season, as I couldn't stand Jessica. Ebony had a really great portfolio and was a straight upfront person. She hasn't really had a career since the show unfortunately and I would say she's one of the "least" modelesque winners. Her height obviously works in her favour, but I don't think her look is the most interesting when compared to most of the other winners.

8th - Brittany Beattie (Cycle 9) Honestly, Cycle 9 is probably my least favourite cycle from both a modelling perspective and a personality/character arc perspective. It just seemed completely obvious that Brittany was winning this season and no one else was standing a chance as she was given the "winners edit" from like week 1. I still would have chosen her to win the cycle though contrary to what a majority of the fandom say about the fairness of her win.

7th - Melissa Juratowitch (Cycle 8) - As far as faces go, Melissa stands out from the bunch. She's probably the most unique looking winner of Ausntm. I like her editorial style modelling that she's done since winning and definitely think her face can handle high fashion.

6th - Gemma Sanderson (Cycle 1) - Gemma is unique in that she is both a great a model, and a very big personality (especially on a season full of big personalities) I wanted Chloe to win Cycle 1, but was happy that Gemma won in the end. She's had a very successful career since the show and she plays to her strengths with her more commercial modelling.

5th - Aleyna Fitzgerald (Cycle 10) - I do really liked Aleyna, but she wasn't my favourite from the season. Her portfolio is a mixture of both insanely good shots, and a bunch of mediocre shots. I have enjoyed seeing her career blossom since the show however.

4th - Amanda Ware (Cycle 6) - Amanda was my alternate choice to win after Kathryn left (although I knew in my heart the judges would never have let Kathryn win) I feel Amanda was a very solid choice to win Cycle 6. She had the face, the body, the height, the proportions, and her photos were great. She lacked a little bit of consistency throughout the cycle, but I still think she FULLY deserved to win. She also had a fair extent of modelling work after the show so she was a good fit to win.

3rd - Tahnee Atkinson (Cycle 5) - For some reason, I am a HUGE Tahnee fan. Even during Cycle 5, I was rooting for her the entire time. Cassi (on the show) didn't really live up to the potential she had, and Clare I found to be too singular in her look/vibe. It is just a personal taste thing though I believe as I believe Tahnee was the most photogenic overall this season. She's also had a really successful career and looks even more beautiful now than she did 17 years ago.

2nd - Alice Burdeu (Cycle 3) - Once Alice stepped out that car on the first week, it was already over. She absolutely obliterated the competition and she fully deserved her win. She also received a Vogue Cover which wasn't even part of the initial prize package which shows how much of a star she is. Her portfolio is also VERY strong. I enjoyed Jordan and Paloma's shots at times too, but no one was keeping up with Alice this season.

1st - Montana Cox (Cycle 7) - What's unusual about Montana is that she was one of the most forgettable people in the first few weeks of Cycle 7. And then she just stepped into the foreground and completely dominated from the fourth week onwards. She has some of the most INANSE photographs not only in ausntm, but the entire top model franchise. She has had a very successful career and has shown she had what it took to become a top model.

Cassie,your lack of commitment on the show itself is already a problem here and the past two winners on Reddit’s Next Top Model,Ebony and April,have wanted it so badly on the original show.So the voters hesitate whether they should crown someone who doesn’t bother or care about winning.

Cycle 12 is definitely the cycles not belonging to the high fashion cycles but definitely high fashion,same for C3-4 and C10.

Allison,Teyona and Natalie's pictures are giving classic Carmen Miranda,so sexy and captivating for someone like me.Its really attractive here.I do think Natalie's pose let her down a bit but other than that, it's shocking it got eliminated.

Fo's picture definitely is great too, she's so joyous and cute!

Amimat and Celia were quite underwhelming here.I prefer Celia because it's a little more relaxing and gentle than Amimat.Aminat is doing too much in this picture.

Ongoing poll notes: Holy hell, y'all are keeping me on my toes. I try to screenshot anytime there's a tie or change in placements. My phone may run out of storage.

Marcus is one of my all time favourite winners from the Top Model franchise. In fact he is my fave winner of Holland's Next Top Model simply because of how disciplined and eloquent he is during the show. I remember watching him on cycle 12 around 2019 and my very first thought of him was that he is quite cool especially on how expressive his style and personality is. He had a really adventurous, intellectual and warmth demeanor which i really admire. He easily stood out to me as one of the strongest models in that season mainly because of how he basically avoided any drama in the house. Also in photoshoots he is very sharply skillful giving a wide range of expressions and an adaptable attitude on set. His facial features possess a striking editorial look that blends classic masculine structure with a softer youthful vulnerability. This i think allows him to seamlessly adapt to diverse styling from street denim to high-concept avant-garde fashion. When he won that season I was super duper happy because he really deserves it. His post-show work is completely fantastic i really love his print work in particular. I'm super proud of him for his achievement in his modelling career and personal life. Also glad that he became very successful after the show because he is one of the contestants there that has all the right goods and potential and i'm also happy that he is still currently modelling today and embraces spontaneous opportunities. He rightfully earns his place in the modelling industry.

idk if this has been asked yet, but i'm on a rewatch binge (currently on cycle 7) and i noticed this around cycle 4/5, but they've never featured a flashback or call to Adrianne in any of the intros but every other cycle winner, and even non-winners, have been featured in the intros.

anyone know or can take a guess why?
