** Communities** - We are looking for communities to compete in a 6 race league in a monthly format (1 race a month). The idea is that each community puts forward drivers for each event to compete. Each car will score points based on the position they score. All car's points are added to a total and the total points determine the winner! 🏆 The amount of communites will determine how many cars each get to race. However big or small your community is please reach out if this intrigues you.

So I’ve been racing on ACC for maybe a month now with the M4.

Before I bought the game I always wanted to drive the Porsche. So that what I did when I got the game. I jumped into the Porsche and drove some laps.
But then I saw a video or a post about how beginners shouldn’t start with the Porsche. So then I did what any beginner who has no clue what they’re doing did, I just looked up which cars newbies should start with.

The M4 came up so I just took it. Never questioned anything.
Until now.
I’m wondering; can the M4 be competitive? And should I drive the Porsche if I like it?
Also wondering how different driving styles different cars need. Is there actually a massive difference or will I not notice it?

I’m a student currently working on a motorsport data analysis project and I’m currently looking for telemetry from Spa Francorchamps.

I’m interested in either:
Real GT3 telemetry (if anyone is willing to share), or
Sim telemetry from Le Mans Ultimate or Assetto Corsa Competizione
Any GT3 car is perfectly fine. Ideally I’m looking for MoTeC logs, CSV exports, AiM/VBOX data, or any other telemetry format that includes channels such as speed, throttle, brake, steering, gears, RPM, etc.

This is strictly for academic/student research with no commercial use whatsoever. If your data contributes to the project, I’d be happy to credit you (or remain anonymous if you prefer).

I'm still pretty new to ACC and trying to learn. When i've tried to do online racing, it always puts me in a lobby with what sounds like 25 8 year-old kids who aren't there to race. On Sunday, I tried 3 races. The first one was at Monza and even during the qualifying laps, people would sit on the straight and then move to knock you out when you came by them. The race was even worse. I started from the back so missed a lot of the idiots who don't brake going into T1, but then you'd make a pass on someone by getting a good exit out of the turns and they'd either try to turn in on you when you're going past or they'd simply not brake at the next turn to send you flying down to to Parabolica.

The next race was Paul Richard and here it was the same thing, if you go by someone even on the straight, they get mad and want to crash you out. Added to this is that during the run-up to the start, people just floor the car and pass the entire pack.

At this point, i've given up on trying to do online racing but i see people saying they do these. Is there a way to get people who actually want to race within the rules but are also willing to forgive mistakes from someone who's still learning?

So I just started ACC a few weeks ago and arbitrarily picked the mustang as my main. It’s felt pretty good but I have started playing with the Ferrari 296. Anyway I’m getting around 2:23 in spa but no matter how hard I try eau rouge flat never works for me. Does anyone have any suggestions or is the mustang just not made to do it?

For like 3 days I haven’t been able to play online I click the online option and all it say is searching servers or can’t connect does anyone know why this is happening

Recently got a T300rs GT for ACC and some other games and for whatever reason, ACC feels so off on the wheel but my other games are fine. Obviously it will probably take hundreds and hundreds of hours minimum to be somewhat “good” with a wheel (for good lap times) but I cannot find the ideal settings that makes the turning smooth, and my wheel always fights me when making hard turns/inputs.

Here are my current wheel settings for reference:

Gain: 65%
Minimum Force: 0
Dynamic dampening: 75%
Road effects: 0
Frequency: 100hz
Steer lock: 540
Steer scale: 100%
Steer linearity, brake gamma and brake dead zone are the lowest they can go

I do have stability control at 50% and I assume this needs to just be off completely? I usually run 0-2 traction control on the car itself depending on the track. What of these settings should I adjust?

Freidolfs setup was absolutely atrocious.

All the other setups are completely out to date. I need one up to date and not absolutely terrible

Been chipping away at this for a while. It's a setup sharing site (parcferme.cc) - free, no ads.

The bit I actually wanted for myself was the desktop app. It sits in the tray, and when you click EQUIP on a setup it drops the .json into your ACC setups folder under the right car. Saves the unzip-and-hunt-for-the-folder routine.

ACC's been supported for a while, the desktop app is new. Windows only for now.

Happy to take feedback, especially if it puts a file somewhere weird.

This is my fastest lap I have done so far and I know there is time throughout the lap but I just can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I will sometimes gain 2-3 tenths in a corner and lose it all in the next few but I never know how I am gaining time when I look back on it and I can never repeat it. Wondering if you guys could give me some tips on where I am going wrong.

Is it just me or are the PS5 servers down , can't even access the stats been like this for a Day now I'm in the UK aswell? any answers would be appreciated tried everything

My steering wheel works in other games like Forza Horizon 5, Forza Motorsport 7, and all the F1 titles, but I bought *Assetto Corsa Competizione* on a secondary account and the wheel isn't being detected. The game only lets me use the keyboard and buttons; it doesn't detect the pedals or the steering wheel's rotation. I want to know why—HELP!!!!!

New to sim racing — have a rig, been playing F1 on PS5. Ready to go more “professional.”

Standard edition is $12 (free with PS+), the 2024 pack is $45. Worth the extra $33?

Is the pricier version actually better tech-wise (newer build, better graphics/performance, fewer bugs), or just the same game with extra cars/tracks bolted on?

Im kinda getting bored of the Ferrari as i feel like im relying too much on its strengths. What are some other good cars i can try

26 degrees ambient 23 track, lfm bop, running a gosetups setup. I'm relatively new to simracing i have 38hrs on acc and around 60hrs in og ac, I probably lost like 0.2 seconds overtaking but everything else was my best lap by far, if any of you have any advice on how to improve my pace it would be much appreciated, thanks.

I’m trying to play online and the servers are just searching and nothing else while all my safety ratings information isn’t showing either

I’ve tried everything to fix it but nothings working I saw one person here say the only fix is to delete your account and I’m not doing that as that’s stupid

This has been an issue for 2 days I’ve just reached out to there support team but any help would be great

In the last few days I started noticing that when I turn my servers off, they keep showing up in the server browser even though they're off. I haven't changed anything about how I'm running them or stopping them, but they hang here as duplicates.

There are hundreds more servers in the list now, so I think this happening to other people too and not just something about the way I'm shutting mine down, right?
