My last post said I was naked basically. I try again. 44 back in May. My body may keep the score, but I feel like I finally grew into my age. As a kid everyone said I looked older, but now I get i look younger. I don't hate 40,or 44 at all. Stay beautiful people. We got this!

I'll be turning 40 in October. I will miss my 30s 😭. Learned a lot, gained a lot of knowledge, and lost a bit. What are all the great/not so great things that I can expect as I reach and pass the point of no return?

I'm severely disabled but I'm not letting it get me down. I thought I'd feel really old and past it at 40 but not yet anyway. No makeup and air dried hair lol. I used to never go anywhere without my face on but now I don't care so much.
