we’re four guys, and we’ve put together Wyoming’s restaurant scene in an app called Vota. The concept is simple: you see two places side by side (for example Snake River Grill vs. Sweet Melissa Cafe), you choose the place you’d rather go to, and the ranking updates instantly. The more people vote, the more accurate the list gets over time. There are still a few duplicates here and there, but I’m continuously cleaning up the data.

I’d love to know what people here think. Does the ranking feel even remotely right? Are obvious places missing? Are any places ranked way too high or way too low?

The goal is to make something that reflects where locals actually want to eat, not just where tourists or review sites send people.

Greetings to all wonderful Wyoming friends. Me and my buddies are driving from CO to MT mainly in the I-25 and notice a whistling in the driver door that comes and goes. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the drivers door. Do you all experience this at 80mph or more. Please share your experiences, if any. Thanks!

hey friends, these past weeks we've had to throw 3 either full or half gallons of milk away..and every time its become expired before the date (07/22) we've had milk past the expression many times and even drank and used it before; but now? days before the expression the jug fills with gas and starts to go bad...could this be an issue with our fridge or are others noticing the same? :(

So I got the Oil City Voter's Guide today and I can't help but think...everyone is out of touch with reality.

I mean, the City Council thinks their constituents are worried about "beautifying parks" and "making the area [Natrona/Casper] more appealing to the next generation".

Meanwhile, everyone I talk to is, yes to an extent, worried about some of the issues, like infrastructure. But they're mostly concerned about data centers being put on the edge of town. They're worried about flock, and overreach, and the Freedom Caucus. I could care less if the city park is beautiful if the data center is killing everything in sight.

Not to mention Brent Bien is the only Governor candidate to oppose AI as well, but Eric Barlow seemingly has a better chance at winning (depending how you look at it).

They're all worried that young people are leaving, what should we do, etc. Meanwhile, no young folks are running for office and everyone else is worrying about things that ultimately drive everyone away.

Not really complaining or anything, just curious what other people think.
