I have found a few of these little plastic things scattered around my 15 year old sons room, and was wondering what they are?

I remember the dial up days.. when you would finish before the image was, (finished downloading).

I don't know how many times I spent like 4 hours secretly downloading a 2 minute video before my mom decided she just needed to make a phone call in the living room and decimated all that effort
