New, what is it? What are these little plastic things i have found in my sons room

I have found a few of these little plastic things scattered around my 15 year old sons room, and was wondering what they are?

Thats exactly what it is i think its the one from the crystal 600 puff brand

Had a fair few in my time most brands had their own version of the bit crystals looked most like the one in the image

Crystals are grey and opaque this looks like a lost Mary one (I dabble in flavoured air)

I know it's definitely not a 6k lost Mary!

My ""mouth-activated-room-scenter""s have never had a translucent plug at this size so we can solidly rule out one size of one brand!

I’m more of a 600 puff lost Mary kinda guy but tbf looking again the 600 puff lost Mary usually has a slight curve so don’t think it is that (I hate myself)
