I originally made this piece as a commissioned gift but after finishing it I realized there were a lot of things I wanted to do differently. Rather than changing the customer's design, I decided to make a second one that's exactly how I envisioned it.

This version has a lot more detail, extra elements, and is much closer to my personal style. I honestly had a blast making it, and I think it turned out much better than the first.

The finished piece stands 26 inches tall, weighs 3 pounds, and took 6 days from start to finish to complete. It's fully hand-painted, and there was a lot of time spent on the printing, assembly, detailing, and paintwork.

Now I'm trying to figure out what it's worth. What would you realistically price something like this at? I'd love to hear your thoughts and the reasoning behind your estimate. Thanks!

This is a Fimo polymer clay model, I’m really unhappy.

Used some air dry clay and left over cloth from a cosplay. Painted with acrylics!

I have no memory of what this was for but it’s not in the house so I assume it’s sold, presumably part of something with that fried egg.

What’s the best way to fix cracks after my piece has completely dried already?

Self made, using a wooden rod, some fabric for the clothing, air dry clay with a layer of acrylic paint and iron for the arms and legs.

I recently started working more with clay and decided to create this small figure as a practice piece. I focused mostly on improving the shape, proportions, and surface details, but I feel like there are still areas that could be better.

I would really appreciate any constructive feedback or tips from other sculptors, especially on things like anatomy, texture, or techniques I can use to improve my next piece. Still learning and enjoying the process, so any advice is welcome!

I made this little Pale Man from Pan's Labyrinth around 2017. I made it with airdry clay and some acrylics. At that moment I was so new to this, I couldn't give him any legs. It has fallen down many times over the years but the paint still holds up.

Started with a sculpey base and then a 2-part epoxy layer on top for the fur! Tried a bunch of different kinds that's why it's a bunch of different colors.
