They had about a dozen songs available RHCP, Paramore, Rise Against. Pretty classic game play, they were saying best of both worlds (GH and RB).

I have a 3rd party guitar that has worked perfectly for RB2 on my ps3 and for the beatles rockband on the same console. For whatever reason i can get the original game to recognize my guitar as a controller but not as a guitar. I have already made sure its the only controller when the game is launched. Ive tried the basic stuff google tells you to do. Really just wanna play black hole sun without buying the dlc for RB2.

Anybody know of any website where I can find formulas for famous artists to recreate on RB3?

If not, anybody has a "RB3 portfolio" so that I can commission them requests for a fee?

Is that little metal piece on the inside of the RB1 Stratocasters whammy bar screwed in place or is it just a very tight fit? It didn't want to budge when pulling and I didn't get a good grip to turn it :D

I grew up obsessed with this game. I had all of the connecting equipment/instruments for the xbox360 at the time, but I’m dying to use the mic and guitar for rock band. I think rock band 4 is the only RB game I can get on the Xbox series x so I can do that but idk how I to get everything connected properly. Any help would be very much appreciated! Love you all

Okay, so I’ve been on drums expert on trying to get at this for about two weeks now and I just can’t get it, I’ve tried and tried, i can not do it, I know there’s not much advice to be given but is there any anyone can give? My problem seems to be with the bass, whether it’s me or the pedal or both, idk. I’m on 360 with Rock Band drums, would prefer to not upgrade if I can help it but I am close to giving up

Does anyone know a cheap way of getting a rockband drum set pedal??? I got a drumset for cheap but it didn't have one :/. I can't find a listing for a reasonably priced pedal anywhere

I’ll be running free play Rock Band 3 [REDACTED] at this year’s California Extreme Pinball & Arcade convention in Santa Clara, CA on August 8th from noon to 6pm and August 9th from noon to 4pm.

All instruments/no fail on with an alesis kit, ckrd guitar and Beatles bass complete with meats! (Maybe too much for the system to handle)

I was searching around and couldn’t find information on this.

I have a Wingman XB3 which works great on my 360. However, Rock Band doesn’t recognize the Riffmaster as a guitar.

I take it I am out of luck?

What would I need to use the Riffmaster on 360?

Hi I got the Rock Band 2 disc a few days ago and it’s been working great, I downloaded some DLC off of PKGI and all was good. I tried to get some DLC off of a flash drive and now after trying to do that whenever I load into rock band 2 it freezes at the menu and the song starts skipping. Does anyone have any advice please? I’ve asked like every AI for help and none have been able to fix it/help.

Finally I've added OG RB1 PAL version for my collection (in my case is german distribution). The reason was I had wanted to play the european extra songs without Jack Sparrow methods. Some interesting facts:

• Last title update is 1.03 (NTSC is 1.07)
• European extra songs listed as DLC, so you can play them instantly in quickplay mode
• Multilanguage in-game support: english, spanish, german, french and italian
• Different TitleID, don't share save data and DLCs
• Region free: I don't know if Xbox and Wii version have region lock (without Jack Sparrow), this was the reason that I bought it for PS3
• Game manual - song credits don't list all extra songs, only "Rock 'n' Roll Star", "Hysteria", Monsoon (as "Through the Monsoon) and "Beetlebum". However "Received Your Letter" by Schnitzer appears listed, and this song has not been released for the game. Possible lost content like "L'Aventurier"?

If someone have this PAL version for other country distribution, check if the have other differences about content because may be interesting for preservation or to be a first step to find more lost content.
