Eye problems

Does anyone know if raw vegan diet heals severe dry eyes and keratitis? I have been constipated for years now and developed eye problems recently, including herpes keratitis, dry eyes and inflammation of corneas. I’m desperate to try anything at this point.

Why I coined the Phrase Raw Inspired

If you've ever quit going raw because you weren't "raw enough," this is for you.

Why I Coined "Raw Inspired"

It usually starts the same way. You decide to go raw. You get excited. You clean out the pantry. You go all in, 100%, starting Monday.

Then week four hits. You find out the "raw" almonds you've been eating are actually steam pasteurized.

You have one cooked topping on your salad because that's what was in front of you. Or you just really, truly cannot give up beans.

And suddenly the voice shows up: well, I guess I'm not really raw then.

So you either force your way through the guilt, or you throw in the towel completely and go back to how you were eating before.

All or nothing. Perfect or quit.

Perfection isn't the goal. It's the trap.

When "raw" becomes a strict label you have to earn and defend, it stops being about health and starts being about performance.

You're not asking "does this nourish me?" anymore.

You're asking "does this disqualify me?"

That's not freedom. That's just a different kind of restriction wearing a healthy costume.

This is exactly why I coined the term raw inspired. Not as a loophole. As the truth of how real, lasting change actually works, and as an invitation into something so much bigger than a percentage.

Because being raw inspired isn't about liking crisp lettuce. It's understanding something in your body before your mind can fully explain it.

It's realizing food is still natural when you eat it, still holding onto whatever made it grow, and something in you can tell the difference.

It's connecting to the idea that nature already perfected this, the enzymes, the water content, the way a fruit or a vegetable is built to nourish you exactly as it is, without us needing to alter it to make it "better."

It's choosing food closest to how it grew because you understand that's when it's doing the most for you, not because someone told you to.

And your body knows it. It's biting into something so juicy it drips down your hand and you don't even care.

It's the smell of a ripe mango cut open, or the sound of celery snapping, or watching a smoothie turn this impossible shade of green and feeling proud of what's in it. It's more energy.

Clearer thinking. Less heaviness.

Knowing you’re being kind to yourself!

It's standing in front of a farmers market table soaking in the colors like it's art, not a grocery list. That feeling becomes its own proof.

It's not a rule you're following. It's a philosophy you're living, rooted in respect for what food actually is and what it's capable of doing for you when you let it stay whole.

That's the pull to follow. Not a label. That feeling.

Raw inspired means you're moving toward freshness, not measuring yourself against a percentage.

It means:

You can love raw food deeply and still have cooked beans on your plate.

You can find out your "raw" nuts weren't actually raw and just adjust, without spiraling into starting over for the tenth time.

You can have a healthy cooked meal, a cooked topping, a cooked day, and still be someone who chooses raw, fresh, living food as your direction to make you the healthiest you!

Here's the thing nobody tells beginners: you don't build a lifestyle by restricting yourself into it.

You build it by choosing it, again and again, freely. Not because you're forcing yourself to hit 100%. Because you actually want to.

Restriction breaks under pressure. Direction doesn't.

So if you've ever quit because you weren't "raw enough," hear this.

You were never supposed to be perfect. You were supposed to be inspired.

Pointed toward freshness. Toward healthy.. toward feeling your absolute best!

Choosing it because it feels good, and because you understand what it's doing for you, not because a label is watching you.

That shift, from proving to choosing, is the whole game.

Maybe the question was never "am I raw enough."

Maybe it's just "am I choosing raw today." Some days that's 100%. Some days that's one big salad and a cooked side. Both count.

Both are raw inspired.

Come celebrate it with us. Reminder

Tonight is Wins-day Wednesday, inside my private community called the Plantz4merz… it’s our weekly space to show up and celebrate the raw choices you've been making, big or small, perfect or not. Ask questions .. set small realistic goals & connect with others on the same path to raw!

Hi everyone! Does anyone have the John Rose Juice Feasting (Solid Food Vacation) protocol? I’ve been trying to find the full details/instructions but haven’t been able to locate it.
If someone has a copy or could share the main guidelines, I would really appreciate it. Thank you! 🙏

Transitioning - Upset Stomach

Can you please give me some input regarding your transitioning?

I’m feeling amazing and my stress levels have dropped enormously. My hair is silky and I don’t t have to wash it anywhere near as much. I’m dropping a bit of weight too.

This last couple of days though, I feel like my ibs is kicking off, and I have a mixture of constipation and diarrhoea. Did anyone else experience this?

Why do people think it's normal to poop less than once a day

I randomly came across a post from a carnivore person asking how often other carnivores poop and majority of people were saying less than once a day. Some people said once a week, 2-3 a week?! 😭

How do people think it's normal? Most animals will poop after each meal they eat. Same as babies.

Even before I ate high raw I was going once a day. How are they not uncomfortable 😩

Rawtil4 Cookie

Hi! Does anyone remember from the early days of Youtube the youtuber named "Cookie" (account name maybe Rawtil4 or something related to that). She was British and did house sitting with her husband. I enjoyed her content a lot and she was probably one of the first persons introducing me to raw lifestyle (although I become interested to try it just recently). I was wondering how she's doing nowadays, is she still on social media and is she still following the raw lifestyle. If anyone knows her, tell greetings please!

I posted it on the Multiple Sclerosis sub and all these idiots 🥴 think they know studies. Nigga study me 😎 whatever. Knock it before you try it, and LOSE.

Fuck you.

Sorry..

Only missing out I told them, my post got deleted.

Just about any medical patient will do the same. Push away the only thing that will actually help them the fuck out.

Whatever

Don't you get crazy diarrhea?

If your diet consists of mostly fiber-rich foods how do you not blast diarrhea further than the eye can see?

I have a question, I hope it's allowed !! Why wouldn't you cook your food ?

I'm a vegan (newbie but still), and I can't seem to understand the reason behind raw veganism. We already know why going vegan makes a whole lot of sense, but why raw ? Is it for health reasons ? Just very curious, thx !!

I actually was raw vegan back in my early 20s for several years and vegan in general for almost a decade. I love making concoctions and sharing the health aspects of eating this way with others. I do it for the planet for the animals and myself. I got up to almost 200lbs and am down almost 90 since going vegan and raw vegan within the last two months. If anyone wants to talk recipes always down to share 🥰
