There’s this white liquid that keeps coming out (picture 2), I’m a first time mantis owner so I’m unsure if I should be concerned?

Greetings from the Long Beach California
I have the following available at https://mantismart.com
Interested in older nymphs or adult pairs of several species. Trying to diversify a bit. Let me know what you have. :)

Sterile dishcloth fabric, would it be suitable for climbing materials for a jewelled mantis enclosure? Set to be a first time owner in a couple of weeks and want to make sure I get everything right :)

Im preparing for owning a ghost mantis, i have practically everything i believe i need. Vented deli cup for when it’s little, coconut substrate, maybe buying moss unsure if i need it, hygrometer, tulle mesh, and an actual enclosure on the way for when it’s bigger (6x6x8in with cloth mesh top). Maybe I’m going a bit overboard but i wanna make sure that this little guy lives a good life. My problem is with the fruit fly cultures. I know for when its L2/l3 ill need to feed it drosophila hydei. Im not sure how much at a time i should feed it and how often. I keep seeing mixed information. I also don’t know how to keep a fly culture, where to store it, how long will it last, and how to discard it properly.
Other questions i have: should i add spring tails to the enclosure, what kind if any? How long after molt should i feed it? When should i get it bigger food? How often is it okay to handle the mantis?
PLEASE tell me if you think i should need anything else or any tips you may think i should know.

I've got a few baby mantis and an old fruitfly culture.
Tried a few different DIY recipes..using bananas, potatoes etc. Maybe I'm just being impatient...but I've only seen a couple of them drop to the bottom to eat..the rest haven't even bothered unless they've fallen and they immediately climb right back up 🫤 I've had to correct the consistency a couple times now...but I'm almost positive I did everything correctly?
Does anyone have a simple recipe? Or know what else I could have done wrong?
I have to go and get some excelsior but I've made sure they have plenty of climbing and resting material. I have a couple other deli cups with more as well. None of them are showing any results 😔

This is my first praying mantis, still unnamed, and I’m not sure if they’re too small for their enclosure. My only concern is will they struggle to find food?

I run a monthly sticker club and let people vote on the design each month. Everyone chose this mantis for August and I wanted to show off the design with other mantis lovers! They’re one of my favorite things to draw because you can do so much with their design!!! 🪲✨

I’m a first time mantis owner, I’ve had my ghost mantis (Phyllocrania paradoxa) for about 3 weeks now. I’m not too sure what instar stage it would be in, but recently i noticed underneath the arms it’s starting to look red/irritated. is this normal or something i should be worried about, any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hi guys. my little bingus (asian shield mantis - Rhombodera latipronotum) is not so little anymore. bingus has molted to l4 in may 30. l5 in june 20. and now l6 july 1. i was wondering if anybody could provide me some insight as the ‘cooldown’ between molts seem ridiculously low, even under ‘optimal’ conditions. i’m from the uk and obviously it’s been warmer these past few weeks for a bit of context.
