Our first homegrown potatoes!
This was our first time trying to plant potatoes. A few of them were mushy and we did have a termite nest in the soil. Just wondering how we did, open to any tips!

Protein packed baked potatoes π
Dinner options were low but I had potatoes and frozen carnitas so we baked those potatoes and slow cooked the pork, and baby, it hit!

Roast Potatoes
Why donβt LIDL sell them anymore?
Plenty of other frozen potato products in the freezers, just no roast tatties.

How many slips per pot? Purple Majesty Sweet Potato
Google AI is telling me 2 slips per 10 gal fabric potato pot is too many, but says 2 per 15 gal fabric pot is perfect, despite the bags being literally only .5in wider and 1 inch deeper... My bags are 17.5in wide and 19.5in tall
What do you experts say? 1 or 2 per pot?
(First time potato grower, please be kind)
Also, should I bury the stems? Hill? Thanks for your help!

Do you chew your mashed potatoes?
I'm curious to know how many people actually chew soft pureed mashed potatoes? Or do some skip the chewing? I arrived here after learning in some other countries that some soft foods are not chewed but just swallowed.
