I'm probably not the only one experiencing this, but when some people sign up for Eventbrite and create legitimate events (particularly through the use of their API), they find out the hard way (by trying to login) that their account is suddenly suspended. Sometimes they email a notice that a suspension occurred, but usually they don't. When I ask for details, they fail to provide any. When looking at their help pages, they give lists of possibilities and expect me to choose one when I don't know where to start.

So my official request to Eventbrite is: if you must suspend an account, give an exact reason right away to the account holder.
