New Album Release Jam world cup
youtube.comHello,
I'm delighted to introduce this jazz fusion album, blending Latin, funk, and jazz influences. It was created in collaboration with a group of talented musicians from Lyon, France, and I contributed as both composer and bassist.
This is a fully independent project, entirely self-funded and self-produced, born out of our shared passion for music.
I sincerely hope you enjoy listening to it, and thank you very much for taking the time to discover our work.
Enjoy!
You can also listen it on Spotify, deezer, Apple music.. by typing "Brunaldo4 - Jam world cup"

Music Streaming Mama Terra - Inner Space | Acid Jazz Records
acidjazz.bandcamp.comAcid Jazz presents the new album from Mama Terra – ‘Inner Space’, out 17 July, 2026. It follows their 2023 debut ‘The Summoned’ (“Bursts with zeal and vigour,” **** MOJO), ‘Chameleons: Live Interpretations of Herbie Hancock’, and a series of showcase and festival performances that have cemented their place as one of the UK’s leading jazz acts. After releasing opening track ‘Inner Space (Narration By Conrad Roberts)’ last month, to announce the album, we present the new single ‘Isha’.
Musically, influences range from Wayne Shorter, Miles Davis, John and Alice Coltrane, to Terence Blanchard and David Axlrod, Kamasi Washington, Scott Walker, Don Ellis and Holst, with Mama Terra’s sound remaining as distinctive as their inspiration is eclectic.

Event Info For anyone going to We Out Here 2026 in the UK. The festival line up is very jazz focused, including current jazz, along with a mix of other genres. I made a playlist with some different tunes & artists to the official playlist. I'll keep adding more tunes and making it jazzier!🎶
open.spotify.comI've included all the main headliners, and I'm now digging through the rest of the line up for interesting jazz artists and bands. I've also thrown in some jazz adjacent stuff, as well as some soul, hip hop and dance etc, to mix it up a bit. I'll keep adding to the playlist (and making it jazzier!) until the festival takes place 🙏

Live Performance Your Brother's Keeper & Gary Bartz - Mantra (Live Video)
youtube.comGary Bartz and new London ensemble Your Brother‘s Keeper collaborate on Where Rivers Meet, a deeply intuitive new studio album capturing a rare meeting between generations of jazz musicians. Released on June 19, 2026 via Brownswood Recordings, as the label celebrates its 20th anniversary, the record brings together Bartz’s jazz lineage and a new collective emerging from London’s vibrant jazz scene. The result is music that unfolds with openness and intensity, guided by deep listening and collective improvisation.
At the centre of the project is Bartz, one of the most influential voices in modern jazz. A saxophonist whose career spans more than five decades, Bartz emerged performing with Charles Mingus, Max Roach and Art Blakey before joining Miles Davis during the trumpeter’s electrifying early-1970s period. He soon became a defining figure of the spiritual jazz movement through his celebrated NTU Troop recordings, creating a body of work that continues to resonate across generations of musicians and listeners alike. His playing - lyrical, searching and unmistakably soulful - remains one of the most distinctive voices in jazz.
The album also marks the arrival of Your Brother‘s Keeper, a new collective assembled by drummer and producer Jake Long (Maisha) and rooted and shared in musical dialogue and improvisation. Featuring Ali MacSween (piano, synthesizers and modular FX), Axel Kaner-Lidstrom (trumpet), Twm Dylan (double bass), Tim Doyle (percussion) and Chelsea Carmichael (tenor saxophone), alongside Long on drums, the group reflects a scene that has reshaped the sound of contemporary jazz over the past decade.

Live Performance Camilla George: Afrofuturism, hip-hop, and jazz @ New Tide Festival
youtube.comSaxophonist and bandleader Camilla George is often described as The Golden Girl of Jazz, and she has already made her mark on the London jazz scene.
George was born in Eket, Nigeria, and as a child she listened to both African and American music. She moved to London at a young age. Fela Kuti, Jackie McLean, and Charlie Parker were her inspirations when she began playing the saxophone at the age of 11.
While still studying at Trinity College of Music, she was already performing with the band Jazz Jamaica at Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club. Over the years, her music has developed into a hypnotic mix of Afrofuturism, hip-hop, and jazz.
Themes such as African history, culture, and slavery often take center stage in her work. For example, her third album Ibio-Ibio is a tribute to her Ibibio heritage from southeastern Nigeria.
Band:\ Camilla George - alto sax\ Mike Gorman - piano and keys\ Jihad Darwish - electric and upright bass\ Rod Youngs - drums
