Looks like Southeast Asia (blue plastic roof tiles, corrugated iron sheeting, narrow alley, motorbikes in the background, AC split Units on the walls). Not sure anyone would do anything about it.

Having lived in SEA for more than 4 years, I can personally attest to the fact that the police don't get involved in much of anything
