Hey everyone, I hope everyone’s day is going well so far. Just looking to see how these babies are coming along. How much longer do we think this has? I know to check trichomes but just asking based on how things are looking in terms of growth and such.

First time grower so everything is still pretty new. My grow medium has been living soil watered about 2 or 3 times a day 8 cups of water.

New grower here, on my second harvest currently. Bought a 5x4 2-in-1 and this is my current setup. Just wondering if anyone is also growing in a 2-in-1 and what your setup looks like.

slowly getting there

I am proud to present the SeedStasis V2, my long term seed storage system. After showing the first version of this, and the positive response to it, I decided maybe I was on to something. I went back to the drawing board and redesigned it from the ground up. I probably spent 100+ hours researching, designing, printing failed parts, and generally toiling away on this. Ive sat on this finished design for quite a while, and almost didn't post it, just because I've had some unusually hostile reactions to my projects in this community. Call this exposure therapy for the mean-spirited comments I'll almost certainly get lol.

The outer shell has been beefed up, and now have TPU (a softer material) bumpers on the corners, and feet on the bottom. There is a hygrometer built in to the shell, with a TPU seal around it to prevent air getting in. There are also two TPU seals around where the top and bottom parts of the shell meet. There is a removable filter to be filled with indicating silica gel beads. There are four trays with 24 spots each, for the seed bottles. The seed bottles have a plug that goes in before the cap is put on. Each bottle holds approximately 70 seeds, so the whole system can hold 96 cultivars with about 6,720 seeds. I also collect pepper seeds which are smaller, so I can hold even more of those. The trays have retracting handles, which i was particularly proud of coming up with. Everything is held in place with magnets, so you can shake the shit out of the box, and everything stays in place.

This system does its job very well, and looks good doing it. The rule of thumb is to keep the combined humidity and temperature numbers under 100. Kept in my mini fridge, the temperature is about 40°F and 20-25% RH. There is a process to follow when taking seeds from cold storage, that involves gradually letting them warm up in steps over a few hours. I hope to keep my seed collection viable for as long as possible, while also pollen chucking to make more of my own.

I hope some of y'all can take some inspiration from this project to make something for yourselves! Im trying to get something set up to sell some of my projects and I may include this if anyone is interested. Im a terrible businessman so I'm learning to navigate the ins and outs of what goes into selling stuff. If you read this far, you're a legend and thank you!

Around day 55-60, Lost track of days but watching trichomes. Grown under Mammoth nova 720w, in Coast of Maine stonington, top dressed COM plant food and fish bone meal. 4 random waterings with humic acid and silica by NPk. Also some recharge here and there.

I am pressing flower in filter bags and storing in the freezer, except short term doses i will keep at 50-60 degrees

I am wondering, do you wait a certain amount of time for curing, and then press it all at once, and store? Or do you leave most of the bud curing for 2+ months and only press what you are going to use soon?

I wanted to leave the bud curing and press small amounts to get super fresh press most times, but now I am seeing after 1.5-2 months you may keep more freshness by pressing it all and locking it in that state by freezing.

Please lmk what you do and if its just preference or you actually know that it is the "better" way

27"x27"x72" Genius Juice x Cinderella 99

Just finished up my first coco/perlite run after years of doing soil and I doubled my yield and the plants were healthier than I've ever been ever to achieve before. The only issue I ran into was that occasionally the coco would get dry even when the wicking pots were full. This seemed to be random with one plant drinking fine and the other not then switching the next week. I top watered the dry ones when this happened but towards the end of my grow, I had to go out of town and the plants were dried up when I got back. Would autopots prevent this? Is there something I was possibly doing incorrectly that led to them not siphoning water? Appreciate any help

The pictures above are of the same plant on the same day. The set of pictures from Snapchat was taken this morning around 8:45am. The other pics of the plant not looking happy was taken around 12:15pm. The plant was just moved into the 20 gallon on Monday and recieved a nice watering to go along with it. The difference between this morning and now would usually tell me to water. But under the watering it just got along with the new soil being pre-moistened, not really sure what the problem is here.

Any suggestions?

Hey everyone, hope you're doing well. I have a question for those of you running perpetual grows. I consider my last harvest the best one yet—I haven't been growing for very long, but after drying and storing the material, I realized the yield was excellent. Right after drying, I moved my already large plants into the flowering stage to keep the cycle going, and I feel like—maybe for the first time ever—I’m actually going to have some left over! So, the question is: how do you store large quantities? Or rather, do you use extraction methods to save space? Thanks, guys!

I am growing in a very dry place (the last time we had rain was like 6, months ago) so i guess fresh plants attract bugs instantly.

I was checking on them every hour and one time i came and saw this... I want to get new seeds asap but how do i protect them from bugs? Can grow only outdoor.

I made a very avoidable error and planted my seeds in basic potting soil, which becomes moderately compact when I water. Because of this, I think my plants have become stunted at the roots. What can I do to help? Here are their details:

Right pot: Top-Cheese Autoflower, two weeks old, looking small for it's age

Middle pot: Skywalker Haze Photoperiod, two weeks old, tiny cotyledons with a paper thin stem. At two weeks old surely it should be double this size, or at least on par with the autoflower?

Just trialing this in a clone tent and if all works out I'm planning to convert my main room to something similar but larger for my next run.

So far so good, no leaks apart from the 15 litres I spilled in there yesterday being a clumsy mofo....

Hi, first time grow here and trying to get a clue with where I'm at. Is this a wait 2 more weeks or am I looking wrong and month or more out? I feel like all the amber I see is only on sugar leaves and the rest is a whole lot of clear but I'm a little visually impaired so it's hard to tell. I wasn't expecting to get this far in the grow on the first try so I'm less prepared than I expected lol

If the pics are trash I can try to take more this is the best I've been able to do with macro mode on my galaxy phone.

I've had a couple PH issues (if anything looks really funky I just fixed my res PH 2 days ago after a few days of it being off while out of town) and I believe light/heat burn during the grow that I think have slowed things down but really still trying to learn so not sure.
