Not just them.. food fraud and such is incredibly common at farmers markets. Its not like there is any real enforcement mechanisms to prevent it from taking place or anything like that either...
Under scrutiny for meth... but $20 says you can still buy "locally produced" honey that comes from some bulk barrel from china, or "organic" carrots that the seller got from the local restaurant supply and came from some regular farm wherever etc.

$20 says they buy it from somewhere and repackage it to sell. They do that with vegetables too.
