Alhambra tickets sold out? Read this first.

A lot of visitors get confused or scammed when Alhambra tickets sell out, so here are the most important things to know:

Individual Alhambra tickets cannot legally be transferred or resold. If someone offers to “sell you their ticket,” it is almost certainly a scam.

The official General ticket with the Nasrid Palaces should cost about €23 maximum. Do not pay inflated prices.

Always try to buy through the official Alhambra website or reputable tour providers. https://tickets.alhambra-patronato.es/en/

If tickets are sold out, you still have options:

Visit free public areas of the Alhambra grounds through the Puerta de la Justicia.

Check frequently for cancellations or last-minute availability.

Look into guided tours or the Granada Card. https://www.tiqets.com/en/things-to-do-in-granada-c66003/the-granada-pass-p1012625/

Buy tickets without the Nasrid Palaces if available.

Consider night visits, which sometimes have separate availability.

And remember: Granada has much more to offer beyond the Alhambra, including the Albaicín, Sacromonte, flamenco shows, gardens, and historic sites.

Please avoid unofficial reseller websites charging double or triple the real ticket price.

I’m the 20th on the waiting list granada uni

The admission results for the Master’s in Economics at the University of Granada have just been released, and I’m currently number 20 on the waiting list.

At the same time, I have been accepted into a Master’s program at the University of Tuscia in Italy. The Italian visa process can take some time and requires quite a lot of paperwork, so I’m unsure about what to do.
Should I proceed with Tuscia and start the visa process, or should I wait for Granada

Also, for those familiar with the University of Granada admissions process: do you think I have a realistic chance of being admitted if I’m currently number 20 on the waiting list for the Master’s in Economics?
I would really appreciate any advice or insight from people who have experience with the University of Granada or similar admission processes.

Tipo de ropa Granada

Upvotes

Erasmus in Granada Autumn Semester 2026/2027

hello everyone! as you could see from the title - i will be doing my next semester in Granada. i am looking for people to chat and hang out with and also, maybe someone to share an apartment with since i only recently received my approval letter and started looking for housing (hopefully, i'll find it) - so don't hesitate to text me if you're in a similar situation

in any case, i will be happy to chat with anybody!! i am a student from Ukraine, studying translation from English and French. i just came home from my last semester's exchange in Groningen, The Netherlands that i love with my whole heart and am trying to cure my post-erasmus depression by going on one more. i am an extremely open to new experiences person who isn't afraid of being perhaps a bit controversial. i enjoy being alone with my thoughts and reading a book in the park as much as i love meeting new people and enjoying our time together and having a drink. so if you are interested in getting to know each other - don't hesitate to text me!

Looking for company for the jazz concert

Post image
11 Upvotes

Hi everyone! There are free jazz concerts every Thursday in July, as there are every year. If anyone is interested in listening to some amazing live music and making a new friend, feel free to DM me.

I’m not a big fan of large, loud groups, so I’d prefer to meet one-on-one and have a warm, meaningful conversation.

I speak English and decent Spanish. I’m a 35F, so it’d be nice to meet someone around my age. Just looking for friendship—nothing romantic. Event details: https://www.turgranada.es/es/eventos/jazz-en-la-plaza

¿Alguien para jugar y demás de Granada?

Buenass

¡Muchas gracias!

Looking for roommates

Hi,

I am posting on behalf of my partner who is a little shy at making new friends :)

He is a Filipino national who recently moved to Granada on a Digital Nomad visa. He is enjoying the place but now that he has to pay tax, he realises his money doesn't stretch as far as it used to when he lived abroad (no tax country).

He is looking at moving in the next few months and renting a bigger place, and potentially having roommates to reduce the rent for everyone.

About him:

Filipino

38

Gay

Works remotely for an Events Agency as a document controller, so works from home.

Learning Spanish but struggling due to shyness. :)

Looking for:

Initially friends that may want to live together in future.

Open to all, but LGBT or LGBT-friendly is a bonus.

Respectful of shared spaces.

Any age / nationality

If you're in Granada or looking to move there, and would be interested to make friends or find a roommate to make the move easier, get in touch.

Car beeping at 6:40am

Hi! I’m English staying in Granada this week so sorry for the English post.

Near to the Plaza Del Realejo, I’m wondering if anyone heard someone beeping their car horn for 20 minutes early this morning. It woke me up at 6:40am and went on until 7am. Someone was beeping a tune in their car, it wasn’t a shop alarm or a general car alarm, definitely someone maybe honking for their own entertainment? I couldn’t see the car from my window. I’m just curious if anyone else heard it. Also wondering if this sort of thing happens often?

Side note: What a beautiful city! Absolutely loving my stay so far, and everyone I’ve met is so lovely! So excited to explore more of what Granada has to offer.
