Death/Assassination FWI: Someone begins hunting down and murdering named individuals in the Epstein Files

One week after the model scout for Jeffrey Epstein's island turns up dead, other people involved with Jeffrey Epstein's criminal syndicate turn up dead too.

It becomes clear that someone is hunting down and murdering associates of Epstein, but police fail to obtain any leads that enable them to positively ID any suspects.

If such a vigilante killing spree were to happen, would we see a reaction similar to that of the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson, or something completely different?

Author's note: Assume this rampage continues until around mid-January of 2027.

Political/Financial [FWI] Just like MAGA took over the GOP, the Dem. Party is taken over by the socialist left

We’re already seeing early signs of that happening. MAGA is a cult of course, and the socialist left isn’t necessarily. But it may be exactly what we need to fight and prevail over MAGA.

War/Military (FWI) What if Trump gave the command

The man is unhinged, there is no telling what he might do.
One evening while sitting up in bed, he might decide that its time to nuke Iran, he’s losing the war and needs to show he’s not beaten.

He has the codes, there will be a ( long ? ) chain of command all the way down to the missilemen in their bunker who will turn the key to launch.

This seemed an impossible scenario a few years ago, but I’m not sure it is now.

My question is this, if he gave the command, would the rockets launch or would someone in the chain of command realise that this would be madness and put a stop to it ?

Is every politician and soldier going to unwaveringly follow orders ?

Political/Financial [FWI] An authoritarian faction in Canada uses the resentment towards Americans to their advantage

(note, Canadians have the right to be angry and defend their sovereignty, but this is something I could potentially see occurring in the near future)

Timeline: Early-Mid 2040s (so about 10-20 years post-Trump)

Here in the US, one of the reasons why Trump got elected twice was because of the resentment towards Hispanic immigrants “taking jobs” and the fact that the US is becoming less non-Hispanic white. Him and MAGA were able to take advantage of that resentment. However, a thought I‘ve had for a while has been “what if something similar occurs in Canada?” However, I’m not sure if this hypothetical faction would be right-wing or left-wing (I’ve heard that Canadian nationalism, especially recently, is more of a liberal/progressive thing unlike most countries where nationalism is a right-wing ideology), or even if they would have a chance of winning or not. Maybe I’m wrong about a faction like this being formed, especially since many Canadians have American family and friends, Trump would still be in somewhat recent memory, and Canada having more safeguards against authoritarianism. If I’m wrong about anything please correct me. But I do think an authoritarian faction like this could possibly show up in Canada in the near future.

I 100% believe this is Rowling's end goal for her TERF activism. She's already close with the Queen regent, all she needs to do now is run for office. What party will she run for and how well does she do?
