What is this connection under both of my seats it’s been disconnected and tied off since I’ve owned the vehicle(5years) I assumed it was for a power seat option I just want to confirm

Before any panties get watted up the originals (5 spoke) come with. I’ve shown these wheels to several people waiting for a negative reaction but all I get is “those are so badass”. I love custom wheels but as I get older I realize that brands like Ferrari and Porsche have the most incredible designers on the planet, well except that recently fired douche in charge of the Luce, and I could never out-design them so I stick with stock.
