Emailing Marketing Question
Do people use constant contact? I just spoke to them and they said I can use a single email address to send thousands of emails without needing large email infrastructure, tons of email variations etc.. I can also put in links, dollar signs and the email wont burn.
Anyone else use them?

I am beyond frustrated! Deliverability feels impossible.
Every single time I feel better about my cold email infrastructure it comes back to bite me the next day or so, I have been dealing with this for 5 months. I use, Snov.io for the drip campaign and email warm up/deliverability checks, I use apollo for data then zero bounce for validation. I get between 1 and 3% bounces and I get replies all the time only OOO and No thanks but still replies none the less. I don't understand what I am doing wrong. I check my email copy for spam and I dont use tracking or images, just plain text email yet today I randomly dropped again after sending 120 emails between 5 separate email accounts, and this is what I am left with....I go from 92-69% then after a day or 2 it slams back down to 70 or less....I don't know what the deal is, at this point I have sent so many emails playing the slow game that I just don't think this works or my infra is bad or?? IDK...I have checked DMARK etc and all is configured correctly....Where do I start to untangle this mess and just send 120 emails a day consistantly and make sure they land in the inboxes they are supposed to! Cany anyone please help. Don't sell me something, just help. Please....Attached are images of dates and scores for email placement, I am using google emails...not sure what more I need to share or what is helpful here. Thank you.

Who researches and prioritizes accounts before cold-email outreach?
I’m trying to get into GTM engineering and understand how account research works inside real B2B teams.
Once a company matches the ICP, who normally decides whether it is actually worth contacting right now?
Is that work usually done by an SDR/BDR, an SDR manager, RevOps, a GTM engineer, the founder, or someone else?
I’m also curious:
- How often is this done: daily, weekly, or before each campaign?
- How many accounts are normally reviewed?
- Do you research every ICP-matching account or only high-value ones?
- Who defines the qualification criteria?
- Which tools do you currently use?

Sales newbie looking for advice
Hi guys. I‘m an experienced English language teacher and want to have a slight change from teaching online 1:1. I have been targeting hotels/hospitality industries where they have a high percentage of international workers and offering them group lessons/learning for their international employees to feel more confident in everyday English. How would you go about marketing this? I tried a few cold emails with a link to my free English resources but has been unsuccessful. I have active social media accounts with a few thousand followers on each. Any advice ? Thanks so much

I personalized 100 cold emails. Then I realized I was making one stupid mistake.
I thought writing the email was the hard part.
So I spent time researching every prospect, writing personalized emails, and trying to make each one feel human.
Then I clicked one of my own emails.
Every prospect landed on the exact same generic homepage.
The email was personalized.
The experience after the click wasn't.
It made me realize I was optimizing the wrong part of the process.
Since then, I've been experimenting with creating a personalized page for each prospect instead of sending everyone to the same landing page.
I don't have enough data to say it's better yet, but it feels like a much more natural experience.
I'm curious how other people here handle this.
Do you send cold traffic to your homepage, a dedicated landing page, or something personalized?

Nothing prepares you for adulthood better than refreshing your inbox knowing absolutely nothing has changed.
I genuinely have two personalities.
Before clicking Send:
"This is perfect."
3 seconds later:
"Why did I write that?
These are a few pieces of advice that helped me write cold mails that actually get responses and are not immediately seen as spam.
Mail the right person - A personalised email to one key decision-maker beats sending the same template to 30 random employees.
Talk about them before you talk about yourself - Mention a campaign, article, product or project that shows you've actually done your homework.
( Bonus – A little appreciation goes a long way. Just don’t overdo this step, don’t overflatter.)
Don't dump your entire resume into the email. Please mention only what's relevant, and let your LinkedIn or portfolio do the rest.
Ask for one thing - A 15-minute chat, feedback, or an opportunity, not all three in the same email.
Respect through brevity - Under 175 words. Formatted to be scanned. Say you respect their time - and prove it. If it takes more than a minute to read, you've already lost them.
Cold mailing isn't about sounding desperate enough to get noticed. It's about making it ridiculously easy for someone to say yes.

Built a tool that roasts your cold emails (and rewrites them) — looking for people to break it
Been building an AI tool that takes your cold email and roasts it — tells you why it's not landing, then gives you a rewrite. Made it for founders/sales folks/freelancers who send a lot of outbound and have no idea why reply rates are garbage.
It's free to use right now. Paste your email, get roasted, get a fix.
Looking for a few people to actually try it on real emails they've sent (the more painfully generic the better) and tell me where it's wrong or unhelpful.
Not looking for compliments, looking for "this roast missed the point" type feedback. Drop a link if you want it, or DM me.

Best email signature software for multi brand companies in 2026?
We manage multiple brands under one parent company and each one needs its own logos, messaging, and signature. Keeping everything consistent across brands and employees is getting difficult, especially when updates need to be applied for each brand.
Looking for recommendations from anyone dealing with multi brand setups, how are you handling signature consistency without creating a maintenance burden?

WiseStamp vs Exclaimer for Office 365 email signature deployment at scale?
We are auditing email signature management for a Office 365 enviroment and looking to centralize control.
The core requirements are automated Azure AD sync and centralized admin control. deployment should also not rely on local device setups or manual GPO work. Our team is currently evaluating Wisestamp and Exclaimer from a admin perspective, which one tends to create less ongoing maintenance and support overhead at scale?

Help me write a cold email
I'm a hs student looking to do work experience in the medical field.
I decided to approach a couple of departments, hospitals and specialists, but I have no idea how. I have no connections in the medical world, so I'm just going in blind.
I have no idea what to look for or what might make me stand out (or at least how to write it in an email).
Does anybody have any good work experience cold-email templates to share?
Or any tips on how to get a successful cold email?

Hunter.io - How to divide my daily sending limit between two sequences with a single sender (email) account?
Using Hunter.io for conducting backlink outreach. I already have one sequence running. I want to run another for another set of leads. My daily sending limit is 15. There is no option to manually set sending limits for each sequence. If I keep both at 15, how would that work? Or is there another way to make sure both sequences keep running with the same limit? Thanks.
