Cool looking models, but I highly underestimated the amount of detail in them and I'm already looking with fear at the other three on my table. Still not happy with my metals.

Taking this to small RTT at the weekend. Borrowing the 3rd defiler, but sure they'll be going reasonable prices on ebay soon lol.

Maybe when/if there's ever points cuts I can get a LoV in for a spawn, and even the enhancement as that would really help.

But for now, fk you I won't do as you tell me, I'm bringing 3 defilers to Purge the enemy.

Painted my Plague Surgeon representing the Corpsemakers Warband. I liked their small amount of lore and their color scheme so I just went with it. I personally prefer a helmeted option so I used an extra plague marine bit, also added a necklace with the 14th legions icon. Really enjoyed painting the syringes, rusted metallics, cloth and hazard stripes.

Working on my lord of poxes and using nihilakh oxide for the first time. I tried to apply it only in the pitted sections of the sword, but it doesn’t look right to my eye.

Should I have left it off? Is this a “less is more” lesson?

In VV with the Upgrade arch contaminator on the Blightbringer with Typhus and 20 Poxwalker it is really hard to remove from midfield. What are your experiences? What do you think of my mini? C+c always welcome. Thx and may Nurgle bless you all.

Making good progress on this big guy. First death guard model I've painted (although have 3k of DG primes and ready to paint). Certainly the most intimidating model I've done to date having come from knights. I started painting just over a year ago, happy with the progress from my very first model which was a Custodes blade champ.

Any tips or suggestions to improve is appreciated!

I finished my first Plague Marine today. It’s the fourth miniature I’ve ever painted, and it was a lot of fun.

Plaguebearer heads on pestigor bodies are a great combo

This came up in a game I just played and even after looking it up it didn’t really seem like there were any clear answers.

So in this scenario there were 5 Poxwalkers + Typhus left after shooting, enemy charges and 10 2 damage attacks go through, I speed roll 10 “Feel No Pains” and the Poxwalkers got wiped.

What happens to the left over attacks/damage? Are the ones I failed now rolled against Typhus’s 4 Up Invuln?

So while painting my first mini the myp blight hauler couple weeks back, looking for paint inspiration, I discovered kitbashing. And now the green stuff from my starter set is all gone. So the blight hauler I did last week, is pretty much done I think. For the Rhino I want to add alot more

I filmed every display from my local Armies on Parade 2025 event, so this video includes all 31 competition entries before taking a closer look at my own Death Guard board, which was lucky enough to win 1st Place.

Not sure if anyone's been struggling with the lack of minus 1 to hit at range, but with the new change that HS debuff and hit debuff now don't stack, surely our rule can be reverted as I swear the reason it reverted originally was due to the fact it would've stacked for a -2 to hit when contagion paired with cover?

Next year Black Library will reprint german edition of Lords of the Silence and I am very curius how could this desicion be analysed to predict possible future sequel of one of the best Black Library sci-fiction book about Death Guard. The only one standalone book that we have about sons of Mortarion in modern timeline.

Do you think the reprint policy from Black Library can be indicated that we get sequel about Vorx and his warband?

I Just really dream but I hope that Chris Wraight write about Death Guard vs Tyranid invasion. Full body horror biological dirty warfare where Vorx speak about Tyranid race and his life after Sabatine.

Well that was nerve wracking, this is the most expensive model ive painted yet, I think he came out pretty good
