Quick Beginner Tips Steam Guide

These are a few things that I initially missed and took a while to figure out with CD Market:
If your artist is getting stressed out then you can go into their artist page and set them to Chill which will relax them a lot faster and bring that red number down. Same thing with their creative energy, it will regenerate a lot faster if you set them to Focus (right below the Chill button).

Every time you hit the spacebar or advance to the next day take a look on the left side and see what your Accounting Team is doing. Their job is very important and if you neglect this it will cost you millions of dollars! As you can see in the below screenshot, I have need 1 more accountant. They can't finish the tax filing and so I am about to get fined big money $$$.
If you don't have enough accountants, IT WILL WARN YOU HERE IN RED!. It will say something like "1 more accountant needed" in red. Do not ignore that! Go into your Office page and hire accountants until you have enough to cover it.
When you get it right it will look like this:

Keep a close eye on how much your artist is partying and over indulging in drugs or alcohol. If they begin to get into dangerous territory then the game will give you a pop up and ask you if you want to send them to treatment. Maybe they are right in the middle of a world tour or a festival run and you don't want them to stop.
As you can see below, Conrad has a little bit of an issue so let's fix that.
Let them do their thing for a bit and then you can come back to the artist page and send them to rehab by clicking "Start Treatment".
