Hey everyone!

Hope you’ve all been staying whelmed!

It’s been a little while since our last update, and we wanted to apologize for being a bit quiet lately. Over the past few weeks, the #KeepYJAlive team has been hard at work preparing for our Young Justice Fan Meetup at San Diego Comic-Con, so most of our focus has been on getting everything ready.

Today we’re excited to finally share one of the things we’ve been working on!

Meetup attendees will have the opportunity to win some amazing Young Justice souvenirs, including:

• Signed Young Justice soundtrack CDs generously provided by Dynamic Music Partners
• Signed Young Justice prints from comic book artist Christopher Jones

We’re incredibly grateful to them for helping us celebrate 16 years of Earth-16 with the Young Justice community.

The meetup will take place on Saturday, July 25 at 3:30 PM on the Mezzanine Level. A valid SDCC badge is required.

I hate to say it, I wish got see more of Zatanna Fate.

I had to three because these were my most I didn't really care about.

I get Miss martian isn't the most well liked character shes like the character in a show where the entire fandom can agree on hating her. however I was rewatching YJ s1-3 and i found her so interesting she stole the identity of a character from a show, (Hello Megan) and has probably manipulated the rest of the team telepathically so they never go against her or question the morally questionable stuff shes done in later seasons (excluding Connor's reaction and her frying that things brain) idk tell me what you guys think.

I just finished rewatching Season 1 for the first time in years. It always has been and still is my favorite season due to the main focus on the 6 core team members who are each really interesting.

However, after finishing the last episode of S1 this time, I almost felt like we didn’t get all that much time to see the characters truly bond as a team. They each had unique character development and episodes as individuals - but I wish there were more episodes with them doing non-hero stuff together or focusing on specific relationships beyond just fighting through missions together. And obviously the S2 time jump completely shifted focus.

tldr: Wishing we got more time to see the team bond in Season 1 and explore friendships between the members more deeply

I admit I want to read a bunch of theories about the series, so if you know any, leave a comment.

Not only does her relationship with Tim end, and he moves on fairly quickly getting with Steph, but her actual comic relationship Connor is out of her age range and married. I felt so bad for the girl.

So I tried to recreate the team with characters from different IPs, and had limited success.

the characters are:

.Percy Jackson- Aqualad

.XLR8- Kid Flash (I couldnt think of any speedsters)

.Mantis- Miss Martian (telepathic sometimes green alien)

.Katniss Everdeen- Artemis

.Donatello- Robin (Thought meyham Donnie and YJ Robin fit well)

.Invincible- Superboy

anyways my list is kind of mid so I want to see if anyone else can do better.

I’m guessing that’s part of the reason she lost control. His wisdom would have let her know she’s going down a wrong path and getting addicted to power and how to handle stepping away. but she was addicted to the power and let it get to her head.

Originally, her dad was a French soldier named André Chaumont. As the sliding timeline changed, DC retconned it to an American senator Cheshire's father is Senator Robert Pullman and her half-brother Edward Pullman.

In Birds of Prey #64, Dinah mentions Jade previously said her dad was French, acknowledging the original origin.

In Showcase '95 #8, it was earlier shown that Jade had a different brother from Andre named Luke Chaumont... i think she might be her *full* brother though. Isn't "Anna Nyugen" the name of Cheshire's mom?

Ok, so in the show, it was shown that nabu was the son of handle savage how does everyone feel About it

These last slots were pretty hard to decide.

I know that they are 2 completely different shows in different universes but in my mind I feel if you watch the Justice League show, then JLU then YJ idk it just feels more complete ? cause YJ has a lot of DC characters it wants you to know or least it feels like they want you to, JLU has much better pacing but overall they have just as many characters & I think it makes YJ more bearable cause your not totally lost on who’s who it’s mainly a story thing. Feels like them dealing with Darksied stuff is just a continuation of sorts even Lex and Superman just doing their regular thing . Idk what do you think ?

While I do believe that season 3 is a bit overhated and I found it enjoyable, it's a massive step down from seasons 1 and 2. Season 4 on the other hand was an absolute chore to get through. I can't think of a single redeeming quality about it, it feels like they just didn't give a shit, so at this point I just don't really care if the show is never brought back
