Why YSK, Taylor Farms sells their iceberg lettuce to many food stores using different names and you don’t need explosive diarrhea.

Since they don’t know where or when in the supply chain it’s being contaminated, we don’t know the extent of any cross contamination either.

You should in general. It’s flavorless and borderline nutritionally void.

You don't only have to eat things for flavour or nutritional density.

Some things can be added to food to add moisture and/or texture, like lettuce (which is not actually flavourless, unless you're buying real crap lettuce).

Iceberg is literally real crap lettuce.

Romaine will give you the moisture, texture AND not taste like rabbit food.
