don't know if this has been done before(probably bc i don't main this champ) but i made this yorick build using Ethereal Weapon and turned maiden into an ADC, i was going to finish it with BORK and Ravenous but do you guys think other onhit items would be better?

What do you guys think is the best rune page for lethality yorick?

I mostly use DFT with resolve but I feel that there can be a better page for it out there.

I'm a little confused with yoricks item interractions and mist walkers.

Mist walkers count as ability damage for the following tested items:
- Rylai's crystal scepter
- Luden's Echo
- Liandry's
- Blackfire Torch
- Serylda's
- Voltaic Cyclosword
- Bastion Breaker

That's all fine and good, but then two items i've tested just don't work?
- Muramasa
- Horizon Focus

Is this like, a known bug or is it a minion?

I've always loved Yorick's design, but I never committed to learning him because I assumed he was one of those "braindead" champions that lets you win without actually teaching you how to play top lane.

After finally giving him a proper shot... I think I was completely wrong

I've only played 2 ranked games so far, but I won lane against a Mordekaiser and an Ornn (not sure if those are supposed to be "easy" matchups, but they felt kinda easy), and I had way more fun than I expected

What immediately stood out to me was how different Yorick feels compared to every other top laner I've played. The biggest surprise was releasing Maiden into a side lane. Like it genuinely felt unfair. I was contesting Soul point while my Maiden and ghouls took both T2 and T3 top by themselves. No other champion has given me that feeling of being a walking siege engine.

I'd really like to learn Yorick properly, so I'd love to hear from people with a lot of games on him:

• What's Yorick's overall game plan during the early, mid, and late game?
• How do you properly manage Maiden and ghouls, especially in lane and into hard lane bullies? I found it difficult to control the wave when Maiden and ghouls kept pushing
• When should Maiden stay with you, and when is it correct to send her down a side lane?
• Who should I perma ban?
• What are Yorick's biggest lane win conditions and power spikes throughout the game?
• When should you build bruiser vs the HP stacking setup (Heartsteel, Bloodmail, Sundered Sky, etc.)? I don't know why, but tank Yorick just seems to make so much sense on paper
• Is there an up-to-date matchup spreadsheet or guide that the community recommends?
• What separates an average Yorick player from a great one? What habits or concepts should I start learning early?

A ranged slow, a way to deal damage without needing to be in melee range, a CAGE that forces Singed to be still and neutralize his main source of damage for some seconds and worst of all, the perfect anti proxy farm tool. Singed shouldn't be able to do shit.

In reality ghouls are so bad they die in one second and four of them + E (140+ mana) deal 20% the damage that he deals with half a second in his Q. He hard wins level 2 and 3 but he doesn't need to fight because ghouls can't hold a wave more than three seconds in early game and because maiden is the only way to stop him, he can just farm under tower to outscale from level 10 and kill maiden throwing her under it.

So, ghouls are useless and by the time you dodge most of the poison and land a Q the 0.15 seconds you step in his stupid Q hitbox you somehow lose the trade by 100 or more hp.

This happens against so many champions. Volibear should be a free matchup but ghouls are so underpowered and Yorick is so fucking incomplete as a champion that no matter if he is with maiden he will always lose lane or win it then perma push without any option and get outscaled. Same with Renekton, same with Kled.

Before any stupid comment I am a Master player and I don't have any problem in sharing my account. I don't instantly release Maiden off cooldown and don't raise ghouls with Q in lane unless I need them to hold a wave for a useless nanosecond or to bait lvl1 extended trades in some of the only 3 good matchups for this champion. If Yorick feels good in your gold 3 lobbies please don't even comment

I am a new player to league and really like playing yorick, I can only play jungle role tho, how viable is yorick jungle currently in low elo

Do things like Revitalize increase our healing from Q? Sorry if that's a dumb question the wording just makes it a little hard to comprehend, it says "healing" so does that include things like lifesteal/vamp/self-kit healing?

I really enjoyed playing lethality Yorick, but right now I don't really know how to build him. Any tips or suggestions?

I was just feinding for ways to make lethality yorick just hit one E and explode and make yorick better scaling and came across Dark Harvest. I take Tase of Blood, Grisly or Sixth Sense, and Ultimate hunter with a secondary tree of legend haste and cut down. Sometimes I take approach and biscuits if they are ranged or high mobility and I got to be more committed. Is there any optimization or way I can make this work with any build? I also love Hextech Gunblade

Also idc about using Triforce or that its not meta. Chill id rather get as high of a rank as i can doing what I love even if its "inting"

As someone who’s only played the current version of the shovel man it’d be cool to try out the maidenless Yorick.

I’m torn between most of the skins and can’t decide which one is best. Which one shines the most in all aspects?

I have 2 different games where I lane against a Yone. 1 Where I "beat" him and another where I went 0-5 in the game.

If the Yone is somewhat decent (know wave management and not just perma push) I just die and lose lane (I try to bait his q into the wave to push into me)

I also noticed that when Yone takes flash/exhaust I lose but if he takes ignite I win (I take both exhaust and ignite) and I only fight him if I have both summs

so my question stands, how do I survive the laning phase against a Yone?

God I miss lethality yorick so much they nerfed it so hard with the midscope and rip slogdog I used to watch them daily bruiser yorick is so much less fun than watching your little ghouls oneshot people.

Also fun fact even when I was insanely ahead and hit E on rakan with 4 ghouls he lived with 30% hp, would never happen pre-rework, can still have some fun with the build but it got hit so hard, peace out yorick mains.

Disclaimer: The Irelia was a support main filled top, but she also had master 7 or so on Irelia, so she knew the character at least.

This was an Emerald elo match.

My first death was 17 minutes into the match when I was about to dive Irelia (who was at 1 hp while I was full with both sums up) when Quinn ganked, so I had to walk back to my tower (because Irelia healed a shit load off that one wave she got), and then I saw Alistar wrap around tower and I couldn't do shit.
I looked to see at that point that as a total my team was 5 kills 16 deaths with bot tower destroyed (and none taken).
