I feel like if wizards beyond Waverly place didn't end so soon it would have gotten a Movie being a real sequel to the 2009 movie wizards of Waverly place the movie

Looks like Billie is going to break her father Damian penwulf out of Wizcatraz to find Alex

I don't know why, but I actually had a dream about what could happen in season 3 of WBWP. The whole thing with Alex, Damien and Mason. It was such a mess. I mean, I really did like Alex and Mason together. And knowing they aren't with Damien and Billie as Alex's relatives, I just felt heartbroken. And after remembering what I saw in the last part of the season 3 trailer, with Mason and Harper, I don't know if what Alex woke up to is real or fake. Overall, I'm just scared. I didn't really watch all of season 2, so I don't know if I can for season 3, especially with everything that's happened. Even Jake and David D not returning is really sad, as all of the main cast from the original series should be there.

So as we know Milo and Roman are JUSTIN’S kids.

We now know Billie is Alex’s kid.

So why would the 2nd gen Russo FWC be between the three of them? Justin TAUGHT Billie but Billie is NOT Justin’s kid, she is a cousin of Roman and Milo.

If Billie is an only child (via Alex), she by default keeps hers.

So shouldn’t the 2nd gen FWC be just between Milo and Roman? Episode proof here. “I have to get you all ready to compete in three years”, all is more than 2, but as said before Justin only has two kids.

One thing I noticed in Wizards Beyond Waverly Place was that they removed the dumb dad trope. I remember in the original Wizards Jerry was made fun of a lot like he was the punching bag of the show and was made to be clueless sometimes. In the Revival, Justin is still shown as silly and a little neurotic but he seems to be respected as the authority figure. Billie disobeys him given she’s a rebel but she does fear Justin being disappointed in her. The show never makes Justin look clueless, and it’s something I like as the dumb dad trope has been done to death. And I’m sure David Henrie probably had a lot to do with that given he’s the Executive Producer and has creative control.

I like Justin, because Roman is more annoing than Justin.

Is it only me who wanted Harper and Justin to get together, at least for one episode, since Harper was crushing to hard on him all the time in the earlier seasons. I don’t understand how she just dropped him one day and started dating Zeke. I don’t remember her talking so much with him in the other seasons even. In the episode in (I think) s4 when Alex transformed Harper to Juliet to get Justin over her, Harper wasn’t “overly happy”. Was she with Zeke then?

we know we see Damien we even see a little bit of him in the trailer so what episode will we meet him will it be a cliffhanger of the premiere or in the finale what do you think

Do you think Wizards Beyond Waverly Place would have been received better if it had been geared towards the og audience. Maybe it’s my own bitter feelings. But I mourn what could have been. If Justin had to be the focus. Wouldn’t a sitcoms based on him being a headmaster be more fun? I hate how it feels like a regurgitated version of Wizards of Waverly Place

In beyond waverly place Alex doesn’t seem to have a human job because she’s on the wizard council (I forget the proper name is it the tribunal?) so how does Alex have the really nice Apartment in New York? Like how can she afford it? I assume she wouldn’t be conjuring money or things like that. It would seem that she lives alone so no roommate to pay bills or anything.

I’ve seen so many people excited that Mason will be in the final season of Beyond Waverly Place but clearly they’ve forgotten how much of a loser he is. there could be more but the major mistakes he’s made were: telling Juliet he never stopped loving her in front of Alex, flirting with Lucy (the ghost roommate) solely to make Alex jealous, made Alex pretend to be a werewolf when she met his parents, AND criticizing her for using magic after becoming a full wizard when her entire motivation for winning the competition was to stay in a relationship with Mason. I’m not saying Dean or anyone is any better honestly Alex has never chosen a good boyfriend but I think the nostalgia gets to people and they don’t realize how terrible of a boyfriend and “friend” Mason was

So I'm rewatching the Wizards shows & films ahead of Wizards Beyond season 3. In Season 2 Episode 1 of Wizards of Waverly Place, I noticed the name on Dean's shirts changes. This seems to be on purpose rather than due to different names possibly originally being planned for Dean as I checked online and he has different names in other episodes too. I think that this is because Dean & the Morriarty Family are too poor to afford first hand clothes.

My only other possible explanation is that he stole his clothes from other people, but I prefer the poverty one & think it's the more likely intended explanation.

I remember wondering why I should be rooting for her in the earlier seasons.

I feel like the show would’ve been a lot better if billie had her own actual best friend aside from just having roman’s who imo isn’t really that likeable (she’s so annoying to me and contributes basically nothing 😭) and before anyone says, no this isn’t a race thing, I’m black. I’m just putting it out there before anyone says that’s the only reason I dislike her.

I also do think the show would’ve benefited more from more side characters in general esp from the wizard world. I loved the episode with Freya Skye guest starring and I loved the Vampirina crossover, ughh the potential. Also maybe unpopular opinion but billie had almost no chemistry w that quinton (??) dude. She had more chemistry with elijah from Vampirina. honestly it’s so sad because I grew up with wizards but Vampirina is by far a superior show, but I do love billie. I just think she would benefit more as a character if there were more characters like from Vampirina. I’m having epiphanies writing this lol
