just title; the upgraded ionian boots for mid lane with blackfire cosmic build lets you zoom around while have 85 ability haste and is so fun. the pure oneshots are lacking at first, but with so much ability haste, it's easy to just kite and use abilities until they're in range.

Im tryna learn syndra but can’t seem to kill anyone with a Brain midland with her without like a gank ect. Is this normal or im just ass what’s my goals syndra lane mid and late game ect am I looking to just harass and get shards in lane maybe setup a gank with jg am I suppose to kill them kn repeat what do I do

Apparently she is the most picked midlaner in KR challenger who hates Syndra historically (according to Shok) and she is highkey busted rn. But there are no Syndra nerfs on the patch preview. Not sure why she got buffed honestly unless it was for esports, but I’m wondering when they will nerf her if they actually do intend to.

Hey guys, i am an emerald ADC main and with the recent meta i have been playing a few mages and syndra is the one that clicks the most for me down in bot lane. I understand her strengths are safe cc and insane burst on squishies but I have had a few games where a tankier team give me a rough go (Cho, Jax, leblanc, senna, leona. to name the worst) . My question to yall:

Is it worth it to build items like BFT and Liandries to deal with tanks a bit more (ive seen the cosmic drive build) or is it just not worth sacrificing her insane burst.

I appreciate all responses and any tips on syndra that i might have missed as i only have about 25 games on her.

Hi, im trying to learn syndra, i've played like 3 games now and my issues is i tend to miss alot of skills which make my teamfight not really good. I also struggle when trying to clear wave with her while laning early game. What is things you wish you know if you play her for the first time. Thanks

When you level up to 40 splinters, you can double cast Q because it goes off cooldown for a split second, i haven't tested this yet, maybe it's a known bug.

Can someone please explain to me why we get no Splinters of Wrath from spending the first ability point? The one you get from loading into the game?

Like, the "well you don't really level up when you load in" argument doesn't quit make sense ot me. Our passive is very specific. We get the splinters when using ability points, NOT when leveling up.

Like, if running triple tonic, spending the ability point you get from using the third potion does count for increasing the amount of Splinters of Wrath. So why does using the first ability point not count? It is in no way different from others.

You guys running this setup or u prefer transcend+adaptive force+cdr boots?

I mean it seems like an amazing build if you want to do no damage. Even vs tanks it feels way worse.

Hello. My name is lenny (IGN: lenny#old). I am a very high elo mid laner hovering somewhere 700 LP at the moment. But I've always been around the middle of Master-GM for years so I am not some 2026 abuser.

I think that I want to take a break now to address this elephant in the room. So historically, I've never (or rarely) actually banned Syndra despite always being wary of it because Riot Games in their ingenuity still has players only able to ban one thing. And up to 2026, Syndra wasn't honestly as popular as she is now (by memory) so it was acceptable to ban cancer like Hwei and Akshan. And for a lot of when I came back to 2026, my hands were full with banning Locke because Riot Games released him in the state they did.

Over time though, with her pickrate now being borderline default on mid and bottom lane, I've come to understand from how bad the games were going this champion Syndra is simply not okay in her current state. I started permabanning her and am smoothly (hopefully) sailing to 800+ LP at the moment.

Everything about her kit is not okay and I'm not going to specify every aspect of it in detail, but it mainly has to do with the absurdity of her stun range and the fact she has a scaling mechanic for how safe she is in lane. She also demonstrates the failure of Riot Games keeping First Strike around as she just gets free farm off melee champions while being untouchable. The way it adds up is most notable on Syndra more than any other champion.

And late game, just seeing this bitch zoom around the map (Cosmic Drive) one shotting everyone from tanks to squishies - often multiple people at once, stunning off-screen, is just horrible. That should be the power fantasy of someone like Vladimir, not a mage like Syndra. No other champion in this class does that right now.

It's just a testament to Riot Game's failure this champion still exists as she does, but I'm not going to put up with it anymore.

i have never seen this before and i got my fair share of syndra games. I dont even understand how can that happen
