so about a week ago, i was messaged by someone claiming to be from steam support/being a valve employee. they said that i was being investigated for fraud/being a scammer which is ridiculous. they put me into family view and said i had to transfer my skins to one of my friends and wait until june 30th for the ‘verification process to be completed and my items back in my inventory. today, they demanded i also pay $200 into rust or a 3rd party market like skinport or dmarket to ‘confirm’ my payment information. i messaged steam support but they also revoked my request and now i’m gonna ask for help from you guys. my cs2 skin collection is worth a measly $300 but it is very important to me.

someone ask i bought his item and i told him no i didnt but then he told me he reported me because he thought i had scamed him

So I've seen some people being scammed by being dm'd that they mass reported your account and that I need to add "official_steam_suport." On discord which already seemed sus cuz of the dot at the end of the name AND they were named Nathan K whicb some people also reported being scammed by so I just wanna make sure if I did the right thing because I'm 99% sure steam can't just ban you for being reported they need actual proof AND they also said that I was "under survailance" on the fake steam message

My steam friend that I haven`t talk to in a while send me this. It brings me to a very real looking steam page that tells me to log in. I haven`t done that becouse I`m afraid this is a scam. Is there a way to check if it`s real?

Some guy contacted me thru steam and was saying my account purchased his items without payment. ALready knew this was some scammer but wanted to double check and make sure because reports shouldnt have friend codes attached to contact moderators right?

A friend of mine made a group with me, and sent me this (I deleted the QR Code just in case) he left the group.

And when I asked him about that he told me that it wasn't him

so a good friend of mine send me this and left the chat. i knwo him over 11 years and i am sure there is no Free 50$ steam gift card.

I haven't scanned the QR code, and doodled over it for security purposes. Is this legit or a freaking scam/data harvesting link?

I have been hacked and scammed many times before but this one actually seems somewhat legit from how its formatted can someone confirm here that kellyt is a steam support staff member? this is his certificate. this happened because some random guy accidently reported me and my account will get permanetly banned if i dont respond. because of that he told me to message this guy on discord. so if someone could please check that would be helpful,thank you
