Isn't the game pretty short?

Yeah it’s 30 hours for 100% which is pretty short by JRPG standards

Absolutely no way to 100% the game in 30h unless you're skipping absolutely every cutscene, and even like that i'm sure it's still impossible

For me it was under 30, mostly because in act 3 I b-lined for the boss because the cutscene had me convinced Renoir was 100% right and I needed to see it through. Honestly peak Verso ending experience.

As a parent, I agreed (mostly) with Renoir. Better to promote growth than arrested development.

I mean, main story itself is less than 30 hours, especially if you play at story mode.

Doing only the main story is not 100%ing it tho??

That's true, just thought of completing the story, not 100% content 👍🏽

Means youre rushing the game cause on average 100% takes 60-70h. Story alone is 30h.

Personally I never felt like I was rushing in either of my playthroughs. Each area is a straight line with a few branching paths, there’s like 3 areas total with multiple interactable npc’s. I watched all cutscenes and didn’t mash through text, but as long as you’re actively progressing the game it’s really not that long. Me saying 30 may be a little hyperbolic but both of my 100% files ended around 33-35 hours
