Looking for Furnished Housing / Sublease in Seattle — Fall 2026

Hi everyone! I'm looking for a furnished room, apartment, or studio in Seattle for my fall internship.

Internship: Amazon — Software Development Engineer (SDE) Intern
 Work Location: South Lake Union
 Dates: August 3 – October 23, 2026
Looking for: Private room, studio, or 1B/1B
Budget: Ideally $2,000/month or less, but flexible for the right place
Commute: Ideally within ~20 minutes by public transit to SLU
Preferred areas: UW / University District, Roosevelt, Capitol Hill, SLU, Denny Triangle, Belltown, or nearby areas

A little about me: I'm a Computer Science student at UC Irvine. I'm clean, quiet, respectful, a non-smoker, and easy to live with. I'm open to taking over an existing sublease, joining an apartment with roommates, or finding a place together with other interns/students. Furnished and utilities-included options are preferred.

If you have a room, apartment, or sublease available during these dates—or know someone who does—please comment or DM me. I'd really appreciate any leads!

Looking for a room August or earlier

Hi! I'm looking for a room to rent. I'm a 28F queer nerd with autism. My budget is around 1100/mo.

I'm pretty quiet, and keep tidy. I don't smoke or drink. I don't have any pets. I'm a very clear communicator, and respond well to feedback. I'd love to room with some nerds who are into video games and TTRPGs. That said, I'm open to pretty much anything.

I just got a job after being unemployed for over a year. I was evicted from my last place due to late payments due to unemployment, but I'm working with them to pay it back now. My new job is six figures, so my financial situation has improved. I'm also working on getting the eviction expunged. But until I do, what are my housing options? Any recommendations of where to look and what to do?

Amazon Bellevue Fall 2026 Co-op Housing / Roommate Search

Hey everyone!

Is anyone here joining the Amazon Bellevue offices for a Fall 2026 co-op, or currently living in Bellevue and planning to sublease their apartment from **Aug 24 to Dec 24**?
I’ve been having a tough time finding both a roommate and a place to stay for those dates.
If you’re in the same situation and still looking for housing, feel free to DM me! We could team up and lease a **2-bedroom apartment** together, which would make things a lot easier (and hopefully more affordable).
Also, if anyone knows of available subleases or has recommendations for good places to look, I’d really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Really need help finding a new place around Seattle

Hi everyone. I am looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment in Seattle with a budget of about $1300 to $1500 a month.

I am supporting my girlfriend and her son while we get back on our feet. She has epilepsy and is recovering from some injuries while working through job placement. She is also going through a divorce after her husband became abusive when her epilepsy started getting worse.

Her son has high support needs and qualifies for home care through DCYF. I will be his caregiver, so I will have income through that program while she works toward returning to work.

We both have bad credit because of everything that happened during COVID, but we are working hard to rebuild. We also qualify for $750 toward move in fees.

We have one well behaved female cat named Charli.

If anyone knows of a landlord or apartment that might be willing to work with us, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you for reading.

Incoming UW masters student fall ‘26

Hi! I’m an incoming UW student looking for 1–2 female-identifying roommates.

My budget is under $1,000/month, including rent and utilities.

A little about me: I’m pretty easygoing and tend to mind my own business. I’m flexible about most things, but I do have a few preferences:

* I’m non-vegetarian, so I’m looking for roommates who are okay sharing a kitchen with someone who cooks and eats non-veg.
* I’d prefer not to share groceries.
* I like keeping shared spaces clean and would like us to split household chores fairly.

Other than that, I’m happy to communicate and figure things out together. If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to message me!

[Listing] Top-floor end unit at Trails of Redmond (Next to Microsoft) - 3B/2B - $2929/mo - Offering a $500 cash signing bonus!

Hey everyone,

I’m breaking my lease early and am looking for someone to take over my apartment at The Trails of Redmond (16608 NE 37th St). Because I’m on the hook for rent until a new tenant is found, I am offering a $500 cash/Venmo signing bonus out of my own pocket to whoever gets approved and signs the new lease for my specific unit (U2063).

The Details:

  • Rent: $2,929 per month
  • Availability: 08/02/2026 ( we can work towards an earlier move in date too)
  • The Space: 3 Bed/2 Bath count. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, and free uncovered parking.

Why this specific unit is awesome:

  • Total Privacy: It’s a 2nd-floor (topmost) end unit. You get a private entrance with a covered balcony, plus a second covered balcony off the main space.
  • Natural Light: Windows face East and West, so the sun exposure is fantastic.
  • Location: You are right next to the Microsoft campus and the 40 Trail. The clubhouse and gym are a very short walk from the front door.
  • Management Reality Check: I know the complex has some mixed reviews on Google, but I want to be completely honest about my experience living here. Every maintenance request I’ve ever put in has been handled within a day.

How this works to keep us both safe: Everything goes through the official Essex property managers. I will show you the place, and if you love it, I'll send you the direct application link for my unit [1]. You don't pay me any fees. Once management approves you and you sign the official paperwork, I’ll send you the $500 bonus.

You can check the layout and take a virtual tour of a similar unit here
https://www.essexapartmenthomes.com/apartments/redmond/the-trails-of-redmond/floor-plans-and-pricing?floorplanid=2228423

I can send more photos to anyone interested. Just shoot me a DM with your target move-in date or if you want to swing by and see it!

Looking for a Roommate!!

Hi everyone! We're looking for a third female roommate to join us for the upcoming lease term starting in September (3 bed 1 bath apartment)!

Our apartment is in a great location in the U-District with affordable rent, and it's within walking distance of the UW campus, the U District light rail station, Trader Joe's, Safeway, Gas Works Park, and other conveniences.
One of us is currently a graduate student at UW, and I recently graduated from UW. We're quiet, respectful, clean, understanding, and easygoing roommates who are also very adaptable. We enjoy going out, having movie or game nights, and hanging out together, while also respecting each other's space. If you or someone you know is interested or would like more information and details, feel free to message me! 😊

We're happy to show you around or chat more about the setup.
