Assuming your hardware can support both, which would/do you guys use? 144 is definitely smoother, but the devs say 120 is more stable when it comes to client-server sync (supposedly resulting in more reliable hitreg and movement).

Since the widows curse was found I’ve been grinding away at all the comms to get it. This one comm took me AGES! The spawn rate of these smuggler Caches are insane as I found the first one months ago.

Now I just need 2 of the smuggler ship logs to finish off the required comms. Which is also proving difficult since smuggler shipwrecks don’t seem to spawn now. 5 servers and 19 shipwrecks and not one Smugglers one.

And for those who are doing the same as me in hunting these, good luck to you on the seas.

i was just playing tall tales with my friend and then this happend. Is it common?

I'm having some trouble completing this challenge. I went to YouTube to see if there were any guides on how to complete this, and the man in the video just spawned in a bunch of treasure and it marked it off. Whenever I go to do that, it doesn't give any silver. What am I doing wrong? Or is this completely glitched?

wish they had a golden legendary curse at 1005. anyone that high ally alrdy knows the ghost makes u super visible but just the eyes are more viable in comp. would be nice. what do i know tho.

So I was thinking Rare should create a few tall tales (or one) with the Vampire coast faction from warhammer fantasy. I don't really know what it would be about but still I think it would be cool, especially if they add a vampire curse.

Its something so stupid but I'm proud of it. And I don't understand why.

Genuinely why can't we have little factors that make it so that we can simplify the pirate generator. Like we can just choose a certain body type and skin color and that's it, everything else is random. Why do we have to cross our fingers hoping to get a good pirate appearance?

I was meandering across the seas, in search for treasure avast! When I happened upon another vessel at a skele fort! Upon closer inspection, I saw that the lone captain was nair on board, instead he was off to the sea in a rowboat, battling a huge fiery shark!

A truly wicked idea came to my mind in that moment, as I stood there on tan sands. I snuck onto his ship, planted a pork chop on their stove and let it cook, then I grabbed a powder keg and set it beside the stove. I could have lit the match, but waiting is so much more cathartic, aye!

I stood upon me crow’s nest and looked through my spyglass, just waiting for the ship to burst! Only… my ship began turning over! *What the devil?* I exclaimed as my entire Sloop turning upside-down!

My vision darkened with a message in my mind. “Lost connection to server.” What the blazes could that ever mean?! I soon returned to my ship only to find it set ablaze and sinking, by the hands of the very captain I planned to destroy the ship of!
