For those of you who don't know. Gear sensors are now available for 350cc models which were shipped without one due to the rare earths shortage. Contact your local service center to see about getting yours installed.
There have been multiple posts related to this on the sub already. Please use this megathread in order to discuss the gear sensors and celebrate if you got yours installed. Having 20 posts a day about how the gear sensor is available is redundant.

Just picked up my first RE today after being on a variety of HD bikes for the last 25 years.

Installed the black airfly evo engine guard, sump guard, and touring windshield. Peeled off the orange wheel rim lines. Ordered the chrome and black royal enfield logo of meteor supernova model, will be placing that instead of the orange logo soon.

After almost three years and a life-threatening accident, I went for a long Sunday ride on my Meteor 350.
For the past three years I was hesitant to go on Sunday rides, but last week I decided and said to myself that it was time to take this beauty for a long awaited Sunday ride.

For reference, never ridden so much as a moped. Always known I’d wanted to ride, and I have finally made a decision. Now for reference, I am the type of guy who will always, always, do things in the hardest way possible, out of nothing but pure arrogance. That being said, in your opinion’s, would starting on a 650 (max for LAMS) be too much to learn on? Realistically still going to get the 650, just want to know what I’m in for.

Hey everyone,
Looking to replace my stock tyres soon and need some recommendations. I mostly use my bike for city rides and weekend touring
Has anyone tried Reise tyres (like the TrailR or TourRad)? Are they a solid upgrade, or should I stick to Apollo Tramplr / Ceat / Pirelli?
Would love to hear your long-term reviews and what you are currently running. Thanks!

My once-constant obsession - almost 500 km now.

Just hit 1010 km on the Meteor 350, and I caught a pretty cool binary moment on the instrument cluster to mark the milestone.
Now that the run-in phase is officially done and the first service is out of the way, I thought I’d share an honest 1k km review of what life has been like with the bike so far.
# The Good
Post-Service Feel: The bike felt brand new all over again right after the first service at 500km. Everything smoothed out significantly.
Touring & Ergonomics: On open roads and longer highway rides, this thing is a dream. The riding posture and overall feel are top-tier, zero complaints on the open road.
Heat Management: When I first got it, the heat in heavy city traffic was pretty noticeable. Over time, I’ve either gotten used to it or the engine has settled down, but it’s much less of a concern now.
# The NotSoGood(ish)
City Commuting & Clutch: Stop-and-go bumper-to-bumper traffic is a workout. Constant clutch pulls get tedious real fast.
Tappet Noise: The infamous RE tappet chatter is definitely present. It’s slightly annoying, though I know it’s somewhat part of the character. Still, anyone else notice it getting louder post-1k?
The Seat / Raincoat Water Leak Mystery: This is my biggest issue right now. When riding in the rain (as its monsoon now) while wearing a full body suit over my clothes, water somehow seeps from the back and front, leaving the middle of the seat and my pants completely soaked. Has anyone else experienced this with the OEM/touring seat?
Battle Scars: Already managed to get a few small scratches and grey marks on the tank. Hurts the soul a little bit, but hey, it builds character.
Overall, I’m loving the ride despite the minor quirks.

Thanks our distributor of RE (in Russia), they do so many free of charge activities with such kind of photos as bonus! That we are recently on June 20th in Saint Petersburg's White Nights ride.

Hi everyone,
I booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 (Camet White) through the Army CSD on 2 May 2026.
At the time of booking, the dealership assured me that the delivery would be within 1.5 months. However, it's now been almost 3 months, and I still haven't received my bike or any clear update.
The Royal Enfield app currently shows an estimated delivery date of 21 August, but the dealership says they have no idea about the actual status. Whenever I ask for an update, I get vague responses like, "Regular bookings are getting delivered first; CSD bookings are different." They haven't provided any proper explanation or timeline.
Has anyone else faced a similar delay with a CSD booking? Is this normal, or should I escalate the issue to Royal Enfield customer support or higher authorities?
I'd really appreciate hearing about your experiences or any suggestions on what I should do next.
Thanks!
