The answer is apparently six letters long

A riddle of my own composition. I want to see if it is too easy or too hard to solve. Thanks!

This is my first time really attempting to write a riddle and, tbh, I'm not entirely sure about some of the wording, so some feedback would be appreciated.
Edit: Since so many people think my riddle is too easy, I guess I should clarify that it's not supposed to be hard. I wrote it for a game I'm making, where its purpose is more to foreshadow something else than to really stump the player. In other words, you aren't my target audience; I'm only here because I want constructive feedback about it from people who are more experienced than I am.

This is a riddle in a "puzzle hunt" I am organizing that leads to a location around the cottage (cottage is on a lake) If anyone has better ideas I would love the feedback and if you have riddles that are somewhat cottage related I would love to hear those too. Here is the rest of the puzzle hunt:
This is the ultimate treasure hunt that will require you to think outside the box and to perform at the top of your mental game.
The rules are simple:
Solve puzzles to collect all the pieces of the treasure map.
Using the treasure map, find the treasure chest and return it to the designated location.
You may complete the puzzles in any order you wish. Each one you solve will lead you to a location holding a piece of the map and a clue or something that will help you solve one of the other puzzles. Some of these locations will be different for each team, so don't assume another team's path is the right one for you. You may go anywhere you like to solve this to stay away from rival teams. No phones, Google, or other outside help.
Nothing you need is hidden on the neighbors' properties FYI.
Here is your list of puzzles to solve:
-NEED ANOTHER RIDDLE
-YFSFBNP OIPTUDU UNIHREZ WDEEIRZ ITCMETL LHEADHE LIOPUES
-To those below I am flying. To those above I am not. I will fly away if pushed under but fall down if pushed over. What am I?
-Crossword (see other page)

Hey riddlers!
This one is to make up for the last clusterf**k of a riddle I posted. Sorry again.
It's not too hard and is kinda fun. Let me know how you like this one!

I hope you guys like this one! Let me know in the comments!
Edit: Someone said that this riddle is really tough so I'll give another little hint.
It's an 8 letter compound word.
It generally means scope, extent and/or inclusion.

First post here.
I posted this riddle I came up with on the riddonkulous app and it got some favorable reviews. Let me know what you think when you figure it out.
Hint : It's not the punctuation (comma, apostrophe, period or a space)
