Pirate Press - Repress

I’m sure there may be a couple more acetates floating around, but currently mine is the only copy Im aware of. This is the original 1994 Acetate used for primary approvals before the album was sent to the presses. This came from the archive of Slash Records. RIP Jennifer Finch - Fuck it up on the other side.

This is a super rare mismatch version. When Dischord records switched from the first press in the red sleeve to the second press with the yellow sleeve / blue album label they mismatched a few of the first press red sleeves with the 2nd press blue label. From my understanding there’s only a handful <10 that made it out into the world like this.

Sometimes I'll take a shot on punk albums, from band s I never heard of, that I find in a discount bin. Gigantor –"The 100! Club"... Is definitely one I locked out on.

I’m always happy to get new music from any associated Swingin’ Utters related project. My only complaint is this records production makes it sound like a demo tape. I checked the Bandcamp version and it’s the same way, so I can’t blame it on the picture disc. Other than that, the record is a nice collection of faster punk songs from Johnny Bonnel and the band.
