They’re offering a chance to win a twenty dollar STORE CREDIT for a review, and it’s not so difficult to figure out why they’ve resorted to that. I’m not looking for support I’m just sharing my experience.

I ordered a medium thin crust with pepperoni and extra cheese.

I swear I didn’t appreciate the good treats enough as a kid. We had cherry and apple strussle pizza at my local Pizza Hut. I’d take them over all the basic ass desserts Pizza Hut has now. Like they’re ok, but those dessert pizzas were peak.

I got a notification by email that someone placed an order. I can follow the link and see their home address, which card they used (last 4), what they ordered, how many points. I can even place an order with all listed above if I wanted using their card or points.

I called that location listed and they don't care. I notified them over a year ago and they still haven't changed a thing.

If someone notified this to me about my business that app would be shut down immediately. This is a major violation.

Haven't had the phone number on my account in two years. Updated it to my current and now it's just gone. Didn't have a lot of points saved but what the hell.

Ordered a veggie pizza online for pick up. Look at this abomination, is this a joke??

I just went to my local Pizza Hut and got a buffet and a soda. Is it actually $17 for all that now or did I get played? Copy of the receipt I was given, I was not given an itemized. Location and Server name covered up for their privacy.

The app no longer allows me to select the Pizza Hut store from which I receive deliveries. The store to which it defaults has horrible service, poor product quality, and is not dependable. There is another store which is almost the same distance from my home but in the other direction.

How can I get my default store changed?

Did the Hut already discontinue the crispy Parmesan pizza? Don't see it on the app. IMO it was the best thing they came out with in a long time.

Am I wrong or did Pizza Hut fulllllly finish falling off of the good pizza establishment scale once the chocolate dunkers disappeared. One of the best possibly obtainable fast food deserts you could enjoy and they just snatched it and other items always claiming this or that wasn’t making the company enough money compared to the price of producing it. If only they could have kept their dominance within the pan pizza space 🥲😭

I remember seeing the first add for that big ass cookie pie they released and it broke my heart watching them lean so far into the variety space of pizza chains. Every bite of pizza was amazing at any point in the day even if you reheated it in the oven or microwave a day later 😢

I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a few years, but if I ordered a side of marinara or got breadsticks, I used to get a small bowl I could dip a slice on, and it was hot! Now I get a tiny little 2 oz cup and can't even fit a whole breadstick in, it's cold, and it's not NEAR enough for an order of breadsticks.

Does everything have to get worse? The new owner is really pumping the ads but wow this was disappointing.

Did anyone else get the email to buy Pizza Hut merch? So strange and the stuff is expensive. Plus it requires a password. Who is this for? Who wants to walk around in Pizza Hut jackets?

Got asked a bunch of questions, then was told "we have a few more interviews and I will let you know by wednesday or thursday if you got the position or not. He also asked me "would you be interested in a delivery driver position". So that kind of gives me high hopes.

But I feel like I might not have gotten the job :/

I did the Venmo promo a couple weeks ago where I paid via Venmo to get a coupon for a free med pizza. I got the email that says the promo is in my account but I can’t find any way to redeem. Anyone had luck with this? Good until 7/19.
