r/NPD Resources

Welcome to the r/NPD resource wiki.

These resources are intended for people living with Narcissistic Personality Disorder, pathological narcissism, or significant narcissistic traits. Whether you are newly self-aware, formally diagnosed, questioning your patterns, or actively working toward recovery, you are not alone.

Important: These resources provide education or peer support. They are not substitutes for professional diagnosis, psychotherapy, medical care, or emergency assistance. Inclusion here does not necessarily constitute an endorsement by Reddit or the r/NPD moderation team.

r/NPD Mask Off Discord Server

Also previously known to some members as the r/NPD Official Discord.

A community connected with r/NPD for people with NPD, subclinical NPD, or strong narcissistic traits. It's a place to take the mask off and hang out.

This is a space for people who personally experience narcissism—not a space for diagnosing, criticizing, researching, or complaining about another person believed to be a narcissist.

Minimum age: 18+

Peer-Support Meetings

Narc Club

Narc Club is a confidential, nonjudgmental peer-support group for people with pathological narcissism or NPD. Its goals include increasing self-awareness, reducing shame, giving and receiving support, and practicing vulnerability with people who understand these experiences.

Meetings may include structured topics as well as open-process discussions. Dates, times, facilitators, and joining instructions can change.

Staying Safe in Peer-Support Spaces

When using Discord, Zoom, Reddit, or another peer-support platform:

  • Protect personally identifying information.
  • Review the community’s rules before participating.
  • Remember that peers are not automatically mental-health professionals.
  • Treat medical and diagnostic claims with appropriate caution.
  • Do not pressure others to disclose diagnoses, trauma, or personal details.
  • Respect boundaries and confidentiality, while recognizing that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed on public or third-party platforms.
  • Leave, block, or report interactions that feel coercive, exploitative, or unsafe.

If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental-health emergency, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service where you live.
