Hello everyone, I stumbled across this mushroom in the forest and it's not one I've seen before. My attention was initially drawn to the small patch of these because one of them was dried up and very blue. As I investigated up close the other mushrooms still in the ground all had a blue annulus. Two were picked for photos and they quickly bruised blue and more so once they began to dry out. Thanks all!

I wasn’t much of a mushroom picture taking lady until I saw those bright yellow ones this year. And it kind of spiraled into a new hobby. Love going out after it rains to take some pics!
I tried to get the gills as I do know that’s an important way to identify. If anyone wants to have a go at some I’d love to learn! Not looking to forage just photographing.

A lot of these have been popping up in my backyard. They look a little scary lol just want clarification on what they are. Thanks ☺️

Hi all, my 2 year old ate a mushroom off the lawn in our yard. Can anyone help me narrow it down, photos attached. We called poison control and they directed us to the ER where they did nothing, no charcoal or anything else. We made it to the ER in 20 minutes of ingestion. The ER doctor said if he shows symptoms within 6-12 hours come back. If this is “mowers mushroom” is there any major issues associated with it? Thank you in advance for any help.

Found this recently. Didn't keep it. I have no intention of eating anything I find if I need to ask people on the Internet what it might be but I'm still curious if anyone knows what it is (assuming you don't need a spore print because I didn't get that)

Some are very frilly and some are smooth but both have trunkulated stems

Found in Northern New Jersey. It’s been such good weather conditions for mushees. Been finding so many in my woods, and on a nature trail near by. I need help making sure none of these are false Chanterelles, or Jack’ O Lanterns. Everyone of these mushrooms are between 1-4 inches and were found sparsely on the forest floor, with 5-6 in each spread out little patch. Never in clusters more than 2-3. Happy Hunting.

I spent all day wandering around the woods hunting for chanterelles and chicken of the woods. Found a lot. Felt confident as I was harvesting (I had read a lot on how to ID), but now am starting to doubt myself (fearing jacks 😖). They got a bit mangled in my bag. Located in central Appalachia.

New York/United States Specifically Long Island. I found it growing on the side of the road in the suburbs.

I was initially hoping these were candy caps (I know generally found in NorCal but there is a Northeast variety) but i’m thinking they might just be regular orange milkcaps

From Latvia I was shocked when I found out that some people think this is a fly agaric.

Location: Dawsonville, Georgia, USA. Habitat: growing from a decaying pine log. Thinking this may be Neolentinus (lepidius?), or something similar, per the general look; scaly bulbous stem, serrated gills visible in a closeup in pic 3, but it's my first time finding one, if so, & would appreciate someone confirming or denying my suspicion. Brought it home to study, can take more pics if needed. In situ in pics 1, 6, & 7
