Meri scooty ki dickey mein ek rat (doe) apne babies dekar chali gayi.

Now it's raining outside, and I have a dog, so I can't leave them out in the open for the doe to come back and collect them.

Hence...

They are mine now. (For a while... till the rain stops or till I get my scooty back.)

● What I've done so far:

I made a little bed for them.

I filled a hot water bottle, wrapped it in a cloth, and placed it in a box.

So right now, they have a warm place to sleep.

But... food? 🗿

I did some research, and I think I can feed them electrolytes and goat's milk.

I can also give them kitten milk replacer, but that's out of my budget for now.

I'm also going to clean them later with some warm water and a Q-tip.

😭 I just hope their mom comes back and takes them...

I'm not sure if she'll be able to pick them up from the scooty and relocate them.

Will the BJP/LG finally approve the proposal to reduce reservations, or will they once again sit on the file for months only to send it back?

The J&K government has already forwarded the proposal to reduce reservation twice.

NEET counselling is going to happen soon and hundreds GC will lose the chance to become doctor in J&K just because of excessive reservation. Same is the case with other exams, exam pe exam ho rhe hai but they aren't taking any decision on it. It's been around 2 years now.

I highly suggest students who are getting marks around 590 or above in their re-neet exam to opt counselling through mcc (via AIQ) as you guys can easily get your state college whichever you want. This will help students who are at borderline to get seats through state counselling. A lot of General category students who left behind with only one or two marks will get those seats through state counselling. Every year a lot of people get bashed by their parents because they can’t get any college in their state. It helps a lot who drops every year for this exam.
Please share this post to any student if you know and tell them to opt via mcc counselling. Thank you 🙏🏻

As pmsss choice filling is started and i have scored 95.8 persent marks but most of the best btech collage have age written as 18 but i am 17 yet so i cant apply to those collages what should i do still apply or ignore all the good ones please help it would be very helpful

The saddest part isn’t even what the government did it’s how many people are celebrating it instead of asking questions. Open any comment section and you’ll find people casually calling protesting students “terrorists,” asking “funding kahan se aa rahi hai?” without a shred of evidence, saying “acha hua,” or even cheering when a video shows a police officer allegedly harassing a woman by joking, “gender equality honi chahiye.” Others dismiss people like Sonam Wangchuk with labels instead of engaging with what they’re actually saying. Whether you agree with these people or not, reducing every disagreement to “anti-national” has become the easiest way to avoid having a real conversation.
What disappoints me most is how little curiosity there seems to be. Instead of looking at facts, many people seem more interested in finding any loophole that lets them ignore those facts. It’s no longer about truth it’s about defending a side at any cost. If evidence supports your narrative, it’s accepted instantly. If it doesn’t, it’s called propaganda, foreign funding, or fake. That’s not critical thinking; that’s blind loyalty. For years, Jammu has had the chance to demand better schools, better colleges, reliable electricity, stronger infrastructure, sports facilities, jobs, healthcare, and accountable governance. Yet public discourse often revolves around slogans and identity politics instead of everyday issues that actually improve people’s lives. Democracy is supposed to be about asking difficult questions, regardless of who’s in power not treating accountability as betrayal.Every time I scroll through local comment sections, I don’t just get angry I genuinely feel sad. There are educated people with degrees who refuse to engage with basic facts because they’ve already decided what they want to believe. When people stop questioning authority, mock students for protesting, and treat every critic as an enemy, society doesn’t move forward it moves backwards.
Jammu deserves better than this. It deserves citizens who can disagree without dehumanising others, verify information before repeating WhatsApp-style claims, and vote based on governance rather than emotion alone. Until questioning power becomes normal and facts matter more than political loyalty, it’s hard to feel optimistic about where we’re heading.

Preferably looking to pick it up from someone within Jammu city only to keep the meetup simple.
