More posting this, as I do wonder how it would've kicked off, if Piers was actually let on, during Angus' scandal episode instead. I think it's fair to say, it would've turned real nasty, real quick.

Even Ian & Paul, were at times, pretty vicious and cruel to Angus, during the scandal period, especially in Angus' last episode. But at least they had their reasons, because both genuinely thought the show would get cancelled, because of him.

Just found this quite interesting anyway.

Couldn't find a tub

Other than the obvious, I would probably say Piers Morgan's appearance in S11E6, in 1996. He just acted like a right child throughout. Funny though. I don't think both Ian & Piers even had any previous altercations prior to that episode, did they?

The scandal episode in S23E6, in 2002, is a close #2 for me. Though it is a shame Angus got axed for it, [because he was my favourite host imo] it was pretty much inevitable, especially after the second wave of allegations later that year, during the beginning of S24. You can't really host a panel show, taking the piss out of political figures, when you end up in the news for your own misdeeds.

Some other honourable mentions are the Tub of Lard MP, Paula Yates, and Boris Johnson episodes.

This is being aired on BBC Two instead on BBC One due to a David Attenborough special.
