Swapping our Q&A post to 11E
At the time of posting I know we don't have the full picture yet and I'm sure there's more questions than answers, but I wanted to swap it over early in case people have questions about the rules that have been announced so far (Hidden, new Fly rules, etc).
Especially with our Faction Focus today, let's get this up now!

Once i get my desk set up :)
We dont Neeed new kits, but we'll get them soon enough i guess.
We will lose Waist Posability and So Much Uniqueness...

Another nerf to our named characters....Voldus. So we lose the negative to hit rolls from anything to now only Melee? Am I missing something or is this better now that the unit gets stealth? I can't see the benefit because now we cant shoot or we lose stealth?

I found it a little odd that WTF became T&H.
Feels a little anti-synergistic to hold with a marine body dominant detachment? I guess more take and less hold with purifiers?
How are we feeling on this one brothers?

What’s everyone’s thought now bro strike is purge? With the ingress turn one on the cards and the dev wounds strat plus the come out of engagement range into ds strat. With GMs these are 1CP. Is it strong?

>Grey Knights are the most elite and powerful of all space marine chapters
Kinda disappointed we didn’t get any Easter eggs though.

Bothers, I recently acquired a friend's old GK army like shown above, and I was thinking of running argent Assault + hallowed conclave and just spam paladins, my only question is whether a full 10 men squad of them + character is worth it, because I love the idea of 40+ attacks, but I don't know if they are worth the cost, any idea? (also, is there a reason to take a brotherhood terminator squad instead of paladins?)

I didn't have money too buy a set so i did the best i could with what i had but next time ill have it

Do we think that priority assets for Banishers + Argent Assault is good for our army. Or is Hallowed Conclave + Argent Assault running Take and Hold a better way to go? Thinking competitively

Did he die a badass death? Is he alive? Or did he shit bricks and died off screen cause of some Gw Bs

I was wondering because I've seen here that there are arguments for no and yes. So I wanted to know.

Looking to learn here. I realize that they are pretty lackluster right now, but what is the use case for our standard brotherhood terminator's ability? The way I'm figuring it is as follows -
Since we're already at -2, a 2+ armor save becomes a 4+. Improving that to -3 just gives us 5+, which vs anything we'd be struggling to kill likely just means it takes it on it's 4+ invuln. So is there a target out there that's a 3+ or higher armor save, that isn't a vehicle or a monster, that doesn't have a 4+ invuln, that going from 5+ to 6+ is somehow good? Am I missing something?

Got a 750 League coming up, considering taking Augurium GMDK w/ Sword and one turn of Strength 14. We can now access -2 to hit for DK and full rerolls against anything in ATF so I think there's play here.
Considering the interceptor detachment might still be better than this though

Some decent pts changes with some Disposition changes.

In light of the recent custodes terminator leaks (screenshot from the custodes lore video on warhammer academy) i think its kind of insane how custodes get so many new kits "before" grey knight. I think its up to 10 (?) individual kits now. Im sure the suits at GW have their reasons, but as a custodes player who love the grey knights (for their lore, them and art, and a little less so for their models) even i can admit its kind of insane. Like the freaking Pallas grav-attack got a plastic kit but Kaldor Draigo is gone? I hope you guys get a refresh worthy of waiting so long.

Augurium lit now?

Mfm is out and only bro strike is still purge.

If i have this right, you can now ingress, shoot, surge, and charge. With being able to army rule turn 1 again, will this be a far more powerful detachment?
A unit with Predestined Coordinates becomes far more useful. If you go first you start the game with a unit in the backline disrupting the enemy. If you go second you have 3 units that are highly likely to make charges.
Edit: Sorry for the misinformation. Leaving this up in case anyone else thinks the same. We still can't surge after ingress.

Im looking for a proxy for a dreadknight and thought the Achilus looked like a good option since it just released in plastic. I know the Achilus is a but shorter, but in just a casual setting would it be that big of an issue?

I am trying to get my first paintings for my Grey Knigths, I have seen many, seriously a lot of tutorials on how to paint Grey Knigths and what fails most to my liking is to be able to give that blue shine to my units. They sometimes make it too blue or just none.
The last video I liked the most was that of a YouTuber who I don't really remember her name but paints while doing a cosplay of a commission.
The thing is that in the city I live, I can find Citadel paints so I'm not able to follow the tutorial completely.
So please tell me your best tips, and how you paint your gray boys, from giving them that bluish dye to how to make a good detail in the aegis engravings that you have. These are my first models and I really want to learn how to leave them as impeccable as my clumsy hands not well endowed for art can. Please I'll be completely and eternally grateful.
Meanwhile and for my post to attract attention I will leave you some photos of the first Grey Knigths models that I have been painting with the paintings that have been slow me and that when I have already learned how to paint better I will paint without a doubt.
Also the list of paints I had in mind is this
(Had to change some of them since like I said Citadel is not something I can find on my City and it is mostly Vallejo ones the only option for me):
Vallejo Game Ink 72,086 Network
Vallejo Glaze Medium 70,596
Citadel Kantor Blue (miraculously it is one of the few that are available here)
Vallejo Game Color 72.141 Heavy Red
Citadel Grey Knights Steel (Non available on my City so thinking about Vallejo Game Color 72.053 Chainmail)
Vallejo Game Color 72034 White Bone
Vallejo Game Color 71.001 Dead White
Vallejo Xpress Color 72411 Mystic Blue
Valle Game Color Wash 73.203 Umber
PD. Sorry for how long this post is
Edit sorry English it's not my 1st language and my translator keyboard got all repeated, im truly sorry

I’m going to my first tournament ever, and I’m bringing Grey Knights.
My question is: did I cook with this list, or is there anything I should improve?
I’ll be testing it in a practice game later this week to see how it performs, but before that, I’d love to hear your thoughts. Does this list look solid, or are there any changes you’d recommend?
