Hi, im a 900 rated moving player, and I was wandering if I should start learning Russian car meta (like antennas, car colors, and other stuff). I skimmed through finbarr’s document but I don’t know where to start since much of the meta can be found in multiple parts of the country. How does the rating system work in the game?

I started playing about three weeks ago. I’m currently Gold 3 with a rating between 700-800, but I’ve seen some players in Master 2 with the same number of points. Are these the same points, or does each rank have its own separate rating system?
