Life without Holmes

I just realised that this will be Bailey’s first game without Max, it will be interesting to see how he goes and if other teams go after him more. Everyone around him will need to step up and support if we want to win let alone go win finals.

Mullin Essential Next Week

Anyone else super excited to see Mullin take on Pickett next week? I just know he is going to get him, and after watching the game yesterday, if he is successful, it goes a huge way for us winning the game.

I see the cats are still linked to him. Played a good game.

What do we value him at?

Cautiously Optimistic and Excited

With Holmes and Cameron gone, we officially have nothing to lose. We have a VFL team that is dominating, so why not play the kids and see what happens? Just imagine if we met Freo or someone in the finals? All the pressure would be on them, and nothing on us. Very excited to see the new chaotic approach we can take over these final 6 weeks.

Discussion Scott's press conferences and discussion medical issues

Is anyone else getting frustrated by the repetitiveness of Scott's midweek interviews when it comes to him answering questions about the health status of injured players?

He gets asked every week, and gives much the same answer every week. It feels cagey from his side when he pretends he knows nothing and claims it's an invasion of privacy and he's not a medical person etc. On the other the journalists never seem to learn and see it as their role to ask.

Can't we just go back to a situation where the club releases information on injuries separately (Simon Lloyd used to do it) rather than this silly game that gets played each week that make the press conferences really boring?

Question When are we doing the retro round

Just curious as i believe retro round has been moved to the Essendon game, as it was meant to be this week but i have heard nothing, the jumper is in the cats store but i have not scene any form of advertisements or reveals for it over cats social media + i feel like it would have been advertised during 'to the final bell' podcast with Lingy and Zach Tuohy. Does anyone else have a different understanding

According to tom morris he could leave (on agenda setters)

Discussion "Geelong has made an unexpected play for Zach Merrett via their coach Chris Scott." Chris Scott texted Zach Merrett directly to say that he is one of Geelong's targets at the end of the season, per Tom Morris.
