I find it quite annoying to have to bring one. Just make one in each BD grouping be guaranteed to wear one. Though, for lore sake, all of them should be wearing gas masks since they toss gas grenades.

I already see some neckbeards typing "That makes the game easier". Counterpoint: I run IB without bringing a green flare or big backpack, because they're available on the map - for player convenience.

Update 1.1.0.0 in #EscapefromTarkov will introduce a variety of QoL improvements across several game systems.

Notable changes will improve the availability of equipment in the early stages of progression. Many entry-level ammo types will become available much earlier. For example, 7.62x39 T-45M1 will be purchasable from Prapor right from the start of the game.

The character level requirements for earlier trader LLs will be reduced, and the total trade volume requirement will be removed entirely.

The early Hideout development is also being streamlined, with construction times for the initial modules getting reduced. Also, there will be less dependencies on other modules and “Found in Raid” items.

As we've previously mentioned, insurance will be unavailable in Kord Breach season, but it will become more convenient in PvP and PvE Zone. Insured items will be returned more quickly, though the cost will increase slightly. In addition, Jaeger will now offer his own insurance service. While significantly more expensive, it will return lost items in just a couple of hours.

These changes will make character progression smoother, allowing players to spend more time on active gameplay and pursuing long-term goals.

Title says what I suggest for the lab I am not sure if it has been suggested/discussed but keeping this event permanent with a chance sounds like a perfect idea for the lab.

It has been a great fun after you learn -took me ~10 games- how to fight them as it was a terrible initial experience as Icebreaker.

I'm new to the game; is the TKPD worth using? Also, what's the deal with the AS VAL Mod 4? I didn't notice much difference compared to the standard AS VAL. And how do you guys make money? My K/D is 0.70—which I think is decent for a new player—yet my funds aren't growing. I unlock all the key rooms on Streets, check the LEDX spawn after unlocking doors on Interchange, and farm/sell the Relax key on Streets, but the money still doesn't go up. I don't spend much either, aside from the Hideout and high-quality ammo, but I just can't seem to increase my balance. Also, which ending makes the most sense or is worth pursuing? By the way, I'm Turkish; if there are any other Turks who want to play, we can get in touch via DM.

This son of a bitch has killed me in ways I didn’t think AI could even conjure. HE SPOTTED AND ONETAPPED ME THROUGH THE GAP OF A PALLET LAYING DOWN!!

I’ve tried the smoke grenades, he just lasers me through those. I’ve tried impacts, he’s already moved somewhere else. I have tried flesh meta, phases through a wall and demolishes me. Loading my best ammo? Turns into a werewolf and rips me in half(jk, he just doesn’t fucking die and then onetaps me.)

What do I do about this creature???? Is there some secret peek spot I don’t know of??

So i recently heard there getting rid of the kappa achievment and making it wayyy easier then it is now but im running out of time and im not that motivated but id be bummed if i didnt get it bc i havent got kappa in all my 5 years of playing this game due to lack of motivation and the wipes i have a theory it will change in 3 days and i have 48 tasks left to kappa and 2-3 more items for it which means 10 quests a day i know its impossible but i really want the achievement and to get kappa the right way anyone else trynna do the same?

I play on oce servers and I’ve started running in to a cheater almost every raid to 2 raids, it wasn’t like this 2-3 weeks ago :/ has there been a new cheat come out or something because it is rampant

What the title says. People just don't buy expansive items because of the gp-cost even though many of them play arena to transfer items to PVP/PVE. Drip is more important than plates, so it will be only logical solution. Just make them 10-30 gp points without plates.

At this point in the "wipe" is there even any point to wearing heavy armor with LL3 inserts? Sure they protect you against scavs or the odd timmy but if you are expecting to pvp players are probably going to have >35 pen bullets so they aren't really stopping anything. And you are taking a huge weight/movement/ergo penalty over just a plate carrier. Am I missing something here or should I just be running lightweight plate carriers with LL5 plates when I hit labs?

Dear community, what are the best plate carrier, rigs and bagbacks for storage (in the stash) and gameplay (movement, ergo,...)? Ty all upfront!!!
