Theres always discussion about the headliners but who are some smaller acts you want to see on the bill?

For me I'd love Nekrogoblikon, Green Lung, Turbowolf or Maximum The Hormone.

With their new album just dropped, theres circulation of a larger tour coming either in 2027 or 2028. They headlined in 2015 so would they headline again?

So… I wanna do the five days but… I did that on the anniversary and it fucking suckedddd. The walk was horrendous and so were the amenities. I went this time and it was really good but only 3 days and I stayed in red. Is it still the fact that you gotta park opposite side of the entire festival for the 5 day? Or is it fine if you arrive early.. assuming you can actually get in easy at any point. The walk from north to blue camp was an actual ordeal

Come on then let’s make our dream headliners line up for next year. I’m sure it’s been done a million times but let’s go again. I’ll lead the charge with SOAD, MCR & Slipknot..

Also yes I'm well aware that title fight will not be back together by this point nor would they get back together for download, that's where the wish-list aspect comes in

Any recommendations on things we need to bring? Things that may need planned that we won't think about? Restrictions on tent space?

I'm Smiley Dave an ex Scuzz TV presenter who opened up Download Festival 2026 on the Wednesday. I also used to host Panic at the Bingo for it's first few years and for a while I was known as Emo-Michael Mcintyre online.

I've been a part of Download Festival for 14 years in the background either interviewing bands, DJing in the Guest Area, RIP and the Tents. This year I put on a comedy Podcast interviewing As December Falls fresh from their US Tour with Black Veil Brides.

I now predominantly work in comedy from Stand Up shows to sketches. I’ve had a podcast for a few months with weekly updates to my new challenge of trying to sell out the O2 Arena in less than 5 years, I’m now 2 and a half years away and things are picking up wildly.

I noticed Osees are playing London the night before the music starts next year. I think they might be a surprise headliner of the dogtooth. One of the best live bands around and it would be great to see them at DL, I think they'd go down incredibly well. Anyone else a fan?

i'm thinking of going to download next year but i'm apprehensive. i'm epileptic (not photosensitive!!) and i've had some really bad experiences with standing at outdoors gigs as opposed to indoor venues. if i was to hypothetically go i'd be going with at least one other person and would probably be going for camping plus

i've read on the website that they have accommodations for wheelchair users but i've not seen much in regards to ambulatory accommodations. i was hoping someone who has been who is either epileptic or has had similar ambulatory accommodations could weigh in? i'm dying to go but also wanna be realistic with myself if its physically feasible given my condition

i do plan on contacting download about this too of course but i'm keen to hear people's experiences first and foremost :) TIA!!

Hi first time goer here. Never been camping never been to a festival. Looking into booking the big green couch is it? I don't no what to take if I buy a tent at fat franks etc any advice??? Also chronically Ill like a skunk so can't carry much.

I’m exploring how festival environments shape the way people notice or interpret brand promotion including things like nicotine products. I’m not looking for any specific opinion or experience, and you don’t need to have used nicotine products. Been kicking myself (heh) for years that I didnt get one...

Small local festival happening near me in Chelmsford, Essex. Line up is brilliant for £49.50. I frequent two of the bars hosting it and they’ve got the local Theatre involved and even have an open free access village area with acoustic acts from around Essex performing. A nice little one day filler-festival for me between DL and BoA.

The stage and monitors were so low i couldn't see the stage while standing, I'm 6'5 and this has never happened to me before.

Maidenville was joke! Some food stalls and a beer tent And the Maiden themed fun fair was some bumper cars with some flags on.

They let a hgv come down the main exit path at 10:15. When people were leaving, The pedestrian path to the accessible car park had no lighting was basically access 2 fields with rabbit holes.

It took us 3 hours to get to the site from Hatfield So we missed the first 2 bands.

Everyone sounded decent and we got cheap tickets but I'd definitely not be Knebworth again

Metallica's Kirk and Rob Doodle (day 2) live at London Stadium Black Sabbath's "Electric Funeral“ and Sex Pistols' "Holidays in the Sun"
