Bengal and Delhi Capitals wicketkeeper-batter Abishek Porel has been accused by a woman of having a physical relationship with her on a marriage promise and later refusing to marry her.

The woman and her mother filed a police complaint at Mogra Police Station in West Bengal, alleging assault and criminal intimidation as well.

Police have started an investigation into the allegations, while Porel said he would respond after the inquiry progresses.

Imo he can be a really good utility pick for us. He is almost sure to not get any chances in LSG with the likes of Shami, Prince, Mohsin, Mayank Yadav and now even Akash Singh ahead in the pecking order. He can be a decent pp bowler, something we lacked last season and can offer some batting as well. Pretty sure we can guarantee him some game time early on too, in place of Mukesh/Nattu.

He just needs to be consistent in his innings and stop overpromoting himself up the order for no reason, he is a good at 6 at 7 guy, we push him up 5 even above stubbs and miller

U might find me stupid for this trade but the problem for dc rn is a indian pacer to bowl at death and sadly the one we have rn(nattu) is getting smoked in arun jaitely stadium

And why i say Harshal patel is a great take is because he have done incredibly well in arun jaitely his eco is around 8-9 which is afaik is the best eco of a indian pacer at arun jaitely who is possible for a trade whereas the one we have has been sky rocketing the eco rate to 10+

And on behalf of srh nattu is a great take as he has done great under captain pat cummins

FYI stats of harshal at arun jaitely:

Matches: 19

Wickets : 22

Economy : 8.5

Strike rate : 18.1

Average : 25.68

(but the only problem is harshal didnt perform good in hyd,instead of depending on some1 not blooming we could go for who have decent stats)
