I ordered this off of Discogs and opened it to find these signatures inside! I have no clue if they're real, so I figured I'd ask someone here since I imagine you guys would probably know. :3

Hello! I'm looking to go to the 30th anniversary lives this fall/winter. If anyone has experience entering the fanclub lottery on TicketTown, I was looking for some clarification on this line under the payment policy:

"Even if you are selected for tickets for multiple events within the same application, you will need to process the payment at once for all the tickets you were drawn during that specific presale. Please note that you cannot split the payment for the different event dates."

Does this mean that if I were to ballot for multiple or all of the shows (and in some crazy stroke of luck hit for every single one) I would HAVE to purchase all of them together? Or could I still choose which ones to follow through on purchasing? Like that they're still acting as individual applications.

Any experience balloting or purchasing would be much appreciated! Thank you for reading this far! And good luck to everyone also planning to attend these shows!

Hi, I really wanna get tickets for the show on the 13th and thought I'd try to join DIR EN GREY ONLINE. Seems I need a JP phone number to use the payment options, which service is the best to use for this? I tried tenso but I can't really find an option for how to pay through them?

Hey everyone! With the announcement of 列島激震行脚2026 Nothing XXX Ugly's tour, my friends and I got super excited because one of the dates (maybe 2) fits perfectly with our trip to Japan! BUT it will be our very first time using Ticket Town. We notice it's pretty similar to Ticketboard, so one of my friends became an a-knot member to enter to the second lottery... yet, we are 3 people. Do you know by chance how many tickets can we ask for per account in the lottery?

We can't see any info yet, until our friend becomes an official and activated a-knot member next month, so we're not sure if our other friend (or I) should join as well and try separately or if just one account is okay. Any advice? Thank you!

Managed to purchase all three of these in one day! I feel very lucky, I had a tough time with tickets and stuff last year. I've only seen them once before, when Phalaris was being promoted, excited to go again.

I'm watching Kaoru's selections and I'm just impressed not just with the songs he picked, but the footage he used and the editing for some of the songs. It's very nostalgic.

So this surfaced a couple of days ago. I personally have never seen it before but the quality and the BTS footage is excellent. Let's all admire their cool outfits together 😌

I‘ve recently bought “Vestige Of Scratches“ and am currently replacing the originals with the remastered versions from this album. However, I wanted to ask a question since the album sometimes uses different mixes as the base for songs (such as an album/single mix).

For the UROBOROS songs on “Vestige Of Scratches”, do they remaster the original UROBOROS songs; or are they remastering the already remastered and expanded versions?

To my ear, the remastered and expanded versions are already superior to the original album; so if they’re just original album versions then I won’t bother. But if they’re even more improved versions of the remastered and expanded version, I’d prefer to use those instead.

Good news I scored sukekiyo tix in japan, my dream of seeing DEG in japan, is partially complete. Bad news is I have to climb fuji at 3am to make it back in time 😫

I've been trying to identify a specific live performance of MACABRE by DIR EN GREY that I watched on YouTube years ago, but the video has disappeared and I can't find any trace of it.

Here are the details I remember:

• It was a professional recording, not a fan cam.
• I'm almost certain it was at Nippon Budokan.
• They were performing the 2013 reworked version of MACABRE (the one from THE UNRAVELING era).
• Kyo was wearing a black leather jacket and dark sunglasses.
• The stage was quite dark, and I distinctly remember the overall atmosphere feeling very cinematic.
• It was definitely in Japan.

I've already checked:

• TOUR 00>>01 MACABRE
• UROBOROS -with the proof in the name of living...- AT NIPPON BUDOKAN
• TOUR16-17 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of MACABRE]

None of them seem to match what I remember.

Does anyone know which performance this could be? Even if it wasn't officially released on DVD, I'd really appreciate any information. This has been driving me crazy for years!

Hey guys! Iv never really done a deep dive into progress music but iv enjoyed songs from BTBAM and Protest the Hero in the past so I Decided to give these guys a try. Wow! Im currently listening through UROBOROS and I am truly blown away with each song. What albums should I go for next?

Does anyone know the title of the song that plays at the end of the Livestreams? It's a nice, ambient instrumental that's really nice on the ears.

I missed being able to watch it, is there anywhere it's available still?

We can all agree that X japan is that most influential band in japan and help created the Vkei scene. I would say that they're more influential than Dir en grey. But why do no one really tried to sound like X? In the other hand, a lot of newer VKei bands tend to be more Dir en grey-ish, some of them obviously even tried to sound like Dir.

I don't see newer bands influenced by X that much, but instead they're much more musically influenced by a smaller band like Dir en grey. Why is that?

Ps. When i say "smaller" i meant smaller than X Japan but Dir is still pretty big though

7 or 8 long songs would make my top 10, they're really exceptional! But it wasn't hard to choose my favourite. The medium category is much harder to pick from and it can easily change.

I honestly don't care if they are, just curious. I'm excited as hell to finally have a physical copy of my favorite album to add to my collection.

Hello everyone! I live in Tokyo and will be attending both days of the Mortal Downer special concert and I was wondering if anyone else from here is attending?

I'm pretty excited about it because it's been a while since I attended a concert like this (A special one that is not part of a tour itself, which means there is also no clue for the setlist)
What about you? Anything you're looking forward to? Any songs you want to hear?

Just watched the Blu Ray that came with the special edition of mortal downer. While it was an awesome live recording, I can't help but feel that the audio was way too over produced to sound PERFECT. What I love about live performances are the flaws in playing live, the raw instruments, the tempo being off due to adrenaline, the mistakes, guitar cables buzzing etc. I know they are very talented musicians but this was too perfect. I wish I could listen to the sounds straight from the soundboards.

I had multiple opportunities to see them in Los Angeles but wimped out on all them because of work scheduling and whatnot. Do you guys think there will ever be a US tour again? I’ve heard about some of the members not being too fond of overseas touring and I’m worried I’ll never see live unless I go to Japan
