I think these (in the pic) are the ones she has on today. I really like the black and white color scheme and the effect.

In her pre-game availability before the Sky game, AR5 addressed Sandy with her own statement (tl;dr, she accepts the apology and is moving on).
[ can be found here courtesy of No Cap Space https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lBd_NeOEi4k ]
She also dropped a few interesting quotes both about her relationship now with the Dream which I found to be interesting and worth sharing in the sub. She also discusses issues like social justice and her foundation, which I'm not including below but are worth listening to.
Note: I made a few small edits for clarity because she did ramble/repeat herself at times lol but the meaning/intent is kept the same
Re: On her personal growth and being in her third year in the W on a new team
AR5: "...This year three was something special because going into a new organization that I didn't know what it was going to be about [with] a lot of unknowns. You go to a team where they were super successful last year and I was just going in and trying to get in where I fit in. [With] Bri not being there and having to play the five, that I haven't had to do since college and just knowing that I'm grateful for the opportunity that I had at LSU that prepared me for this moment. So, I think my career has honestly been just rolling with the punches and figuring it out and I think I've done a great job and I'm excited to go back to Chicago for All Star."
Re: Her relationship with Allisha, Rhyne, and the rest of the locker room
AR5: "They're great vets...They're first people to check on me when anything is going on basketball-wise, and...like they don't have to talk [to me outside of basketball] because this is a business honestly, but they genuinely care about me and the sisterhood in the locker room has been amazing. It's something that I really needed. So, I'm really grateful for them. Not just them, but all my teammates; like JC has spoken out for me a lot of times and I didn't [ask her to], Bri coming back and she's been in my ear the entire time when I struggled early on in the season. She's been there helping me with small little pointers. This team has just been great for all of us. I think we've been in each other's ear through our five game slump that we were going through. We just had each other's back. We pulled closer. We did fun activities together and had a good time....That's why I wanted to come to Atlanta for that sisterhood that I really needed in my year three."
Re: How she can be a mentor to younger players on the team
AR5: "Honestly, just trying to be there for everybody. I think we're all living this life for the first time. A lot of the younger players haven't experienced some of these things before. [I have] experienced a lot of things and [am] trying to be a good ear, a good sister for them. It's really cool to build relationships for everyone and try to get their perspective on things and just helping as much as I can. I know I'm going to be a vet eventually and it feels like it kind of now, especially Madina makes me feel a little older....[I am] just trying to be there as much as I can.
Re: What the organization/team's outward support of Angel (referencing the All-Star shirts Karl/others wore at the game with her/Rhy/Lish's face on it) means to her
"Yeah. I mean, not even just Karl, this organization has shown me so much support. I was thinking about it this morning. I just want to be a Dream forever because of the support that they've shown me, from the fan base to my teammates to my coaches...it's important and I haven't always had that so I'm just really grateful for it. the continued support here has really helped me in my year three career. It's funny in the background."
Re: How the Dream's organizational support helps her improve her game even more
AR5: "I think for me, I'm so hard on myself. I also try to take everything in on me at once and just try to swallow it by myself. And being able to have sisters in the locker room that are always open to listen and they're open to take in and understanding who I am as a person but also as a basketball player. And it really helps me on the court. as you can kind of see [this season] I've been playing more free. I don't feel like I have a lot on my shoulders because they've helped me a lot, the coaches and everybody here with the organization. That's beneficial I think to any player that they can play with just freedom and you can play with a sense of peace and protecting your peace and going out there and just having fun because that's what it's all about."
Re: Jordin Canada's elite season
"I think she should have been an All Star. I mean, I don't know how many teams have four All Stars usually during the year, but I think this is the year that it should have been because of what her impact [has been] for all of us. She keeps us calm. She keeps us poised. She can score. She can defend. She gets all of us the ball. We are not where we are, we're not all stars, I don't get double doubles because without [Jordin]. And I'm just really grateful for her because again, she can she can do a lot for us and she does do a lot for us and she doesn't always get the recognition that she does. Especially at her size, like all that she's able to do. She goes inside and she battles inside with bigs and does so many great things for us. So I hope at the end it makes sense. I think she talked about that a little bit before like making sure it makes sense at the end where the end goal is a championship and she celebrated for that."

The fever arenβt using her and I would love to have her for backup pg depth elite defensively really high iq and great passer Pao can slide back to the 2
she has tremendous post passes and played with both Madina Okot and Pao Pao so sheβd fit perfectly.

I was at the Toronto Tempo vs Atlanta Dream game last night (Friday, July 17) and witnessed an act of true sportsmanship.
Nyara Sabally was injured in Q4 and fell to the floor. A member of the Atlanta staff immediately jumped into action and went to hand out towels and then proceeded to help the Tempo team by using the towels to block the view of Sabally. She even went as far as to use a towel to block the cameraman and even exchanging words with him to ensure Sabally's privacy. She went above and beyond to protect a player of another team and their dignity.
Big props to that woman and the Atlanta Dream in general. Sucks that the Tempo lost however it proves that there is humanity in the WNBA. Thank you for being such an amazing human!

In her first game back, Jones had 4 assists.
She made quick passes out of the post to open shooters and cutters. She established a post passing dynamic with Reese as well.
Ball movement has been sorely missing, particularly inside out. I think part of the stagnation in off ball movement is because it's rarely rewarded.
Jones is changing that already and her post play is rewiring team chemistry. Also, her screens π¨π½βπ³

Hi everyone! Iβm a journalism student working on a multimedia story about Atlanta Dream fans for a project. Iβm looking to interview a few Dream fans about what drew them to the team, what being part of the fan community means to them, and how they see the teamβs growth. The interview would take about 10-15 minutes and can be done through Reddit messages, email, or another platform. If youβre interested, please comment below or send me a message. Thank you!
