South Korea stopped shipping tear gas to Bahrain in 2014, but it's still fucking disgusting the government let it happen for so long

People born before the late 80s here would know just how nasty that shit is

During Bahraini anti-government uprising in 2011~2014, the police used tear gas on protesters. And most of those tear gas was imported from Korea.

As Turkish our tabks and SPGs are based off Korean ones too. We also domestically improved them

They also used to license produce F-16s, but you've got to understand a lot of these chaebol-related companies usually operate with quite a distance from other divisions, especially in heavy industries. For example, HD Hyundai isn't financially related to the hyundai motor company.

Now Samsung Aerospace has been split up and forms KAI and Hanwha Aerospace, aircraft assembly to KAI and land defense/jet engine manufacturing to Hanwha.

People sometimes dislike german weapons export laws because they're pretty strict, but on weapons like these, it's more than justified
