Rainbow Creature was a being that emerged from a volcano in the South American Republic during a time of political discourse in which an aspiring dictator named Diaz was attempting to conquer the nation. Diaz attempted to convince the government that he controlled the Creature to blackmail the nation's leaders into making him dictator, but Batman exposed it as a lie. Using a prism, Batman proceeded to shine a rainbow light in Diaz's way and chased him out of the town. Following this, Batman tricked the Rainbow Creature into expending all its powers, killing the monster.

Color Abilities

Red

• Glowed so hot he burned a house just by walking through it
• Burned through another small building

Yellow

• Turns a hand-car to mist
• Turned a jeep into mist

Green

• Made Batman and Robin flat as paper, causing them to blow away in the wind, although the effect was only temporary
• Turned three men flat

Blue

• Froze an artillery shell and an entire bridge
• Froze a canon

Other

• After using one of its powers, that section of its body turns white, and it must absorb that color from something else before it can use it again like the blue from copper or the red from fire when they use all of their powers without recharging their life force goes away with its color, causing the creature to crumble to dust

Physicals

• Froze an artillery shell in mid-air
• Turns a hand-car to mist before it could hit the creature
• Did this again with a canon as well as transforming an incoming jeep into mist

Mine covers post-crisis too, so maybe that one could be labeled composite and this could be pre-crisis and we could keep both of them that way?

The main reason I like to know if it’s gonna be taken off the list is so that I can preserve the ones I make on the side, if that makes sense
